I have received my passes for Disney and was concerned as this year they are more like a car park ticket quality (ie card) rather than the plastic credit cards I got last year. Is this what other people have received ?

My previous park passes have been card I've never had plastic??

It's 3 years now since our last WDW trip but the 14 day tickets we had then were cardboard and stood up to a fortnight's use with no problems.

Back then they looked like this

We have only had plastic tickets when they were included on our room keys at a Disney Hotel.

If you are staying onsite then you tickets are put on your Key To The World Card which is plastic. Offsite or onsite but don't buy your tickets direct form Disney then you get card tickets.
