That is a hard situation to be in! It is strange that your mom and dad seem to be of different minds when it comes to this issue, though. You would think they would put up a unified front... At least that is what mine did when we owed them money. ;) hopefully you can sit down and hash it all out soon. As stressful and awkward as that may be, it will be nice to have everyone on the same page.

I am still here! getting caught up on all my threads--- sounds like you have been quite the busy bee, to say the least!

Just joined your trip report & look forwarded to following you along your journey. I am the mom you posted a comment to re:BBB and the rude lady. Thanks for your supportive feedback.;)

Great PTR!! I started to read it because of your title in your signature. I understand completely. I always travel with my Mom and I always threaten to one day leave her in a swamp. Can't wait to read more.

Hahaha! I love it! I will have to use that one on my momma too! I love her to death, but she is a pain in my rear sometimes!!! So glad to have you here! I will have to take a peek at your pre-trip as well! I have to warn you in case you haven't read all of my report yet, it gets a little persnickity in the middle. I could not make up my mind what I wanted to do! I changed my mind on everything under the sun! Now I am pretty settled into my plan, and it won't be changing if I can help it! I am trying to figure out what my next post should be about so I can keep this thing interesting!

Sounds exactly like my PTR. I even changed plans within one day. Disney's travel agents loved me for that one. :goodvibes The agent was actually really nice about it and we made jokes about it the whole time on the phone. I am loving your PTR so far. I find myself in the same boat too with my PTR, nothing to talk about. You could always talk about the preparations you are making to get ready for your trip, dining plans, or even regular daily life. I'm sure it would be interesting no matter what you decide to talk about.

That is funny. I did the same thing b/c one day after our trip was booked they announced free dining for September, and we had to make a schedule change anyway due to my brother's job, so I called and moved it during free dining. It was a mess. We got through it two cast members later.

Thanx for the tip! I will think about what I am going to write about next b/c there is actually probably a lot I could write. I am just a bit stumped with everything, which I have never experienced before with planning a Disney trip. I think I just had too much time in between to mull things over, change my mind (frequently), and now that we are actually booked and ADR's are made, I am in sort of a lull. I know there are so many things to do, but just can't figure out where to start. It probably is mostly having to do with the kids trying to finish up school before May 30th. One is done, 4 more to go!!! Then I think I will be able to really move in fast forward toward our trip! We seriously only have just over 4 months left. What the heck happened???? Anyway, I am excited to have you here, and you can expect a new post from me shortly with all kinds of details.

I seriously understand. Right now I work full time as a teacher's aide, tutor my nephew after work, and am taking two summer classes. I want to write more about my upcoming Disney trip but life is getting in the way. I am counting down to the end of the school year so I can have a big chunk of time to finish planning my trip too. Plus I really do not want to get myself excited until the trip is paid off, that part is becoming really stressful. I think when my trip is paid off, I will write in my PTR more. The countdown really does go fast even though it seems like forever when waiting.

I know I said I wasn't going to do a long post, but I was so downtrodden from all my struggles with health, pain, illness, and never feeling well. I feel like I have hope finally. I will keep you all posted as to how I am feeling and how my weight changes. Thank you all for joining me in my happy dance!

:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:This deserves five bananas.

:dance3: Yay! I can empathize. I have an autoimmune disorder that, well, can suck the life totally out of me some days and there are days when it just blows. It was hard to find a doctor who specialized in what I have and when I found her last year, and realized she KNEW, I cried for days :) I hope your new doctor gives you the hope and answers you need!

I am in the midst of about 500 disney projects, j/k. But really, there are a lot. I am so busy.

You and me both! :lmao:

But seriously, so glad that you are back and that there is such good news on all fronts. And now the trip is so close! I need to check to see if any of our park days overlap, but I am not sure if they will since we don't arrive until October 5th and our first park day is the 6th. Are you planning on doing evening EMH at MK on the 7th?

Can't wait to hear more, especially all of those disney projects!
