Hi! We will be leaving for our Christmas trip to the World on December 14. :santa: We are bringing my mom with us this trip (our gift to her) and want to make it extra special for her. I was thinking about doing a little something disney each day for the 12 days leading up to the trip. I saw a great light up Mickey head at Walgreens! I thought it would be fun to hang it on her door to surprise her.

Everyone on the DIS is so creative! What are some budget friendly ideas that I can use for the 12 Days of Christmas???

1. A pretty candle
2. Candy canes tied up with a pretty bow
3. Foot lotion (for those tired feet after walking around WDW!)
4. Bath oil/bubbles so she can soak in the tub after a long day at WDW
5. Disney gift card (for buying a souviner for herself!)

I was thinking I would like the above items from my daughter if she were taking me. BUT, hubby and I are taking daughter/SIL, and 2 grandkids in January as their Christmas present!!!

Here are my ideas...I tried to give you ideas that she can use leading up to the trip, on the trip, after the trip, and for Christmas. Hope it helps! You can find a lot of this stuff at the Target Dollar Spot and Big Lots.

-Ink pen/notepad themed for Disney, of course
-Magnet
-Christmas lights in the shape of Mickey heads(Lowe's had them for 9.99)
-Photo Frame decorated with Disney stickers
-Scrapbooking album for her to put her trip photos in when you get back(you can find these pre-made some places)
-Mickey Holiday Garden Sign(saw these at Walgreens for 6.99)
-Disposable one-use camera to be used on trip or new flash card/drive if she has a digital camera
-Travel Pouch for her toiletries on the trip(decorate with iron on disney patches)
-A couple of Disney Dollars
-Travel Wallet on a lanyard
-Fancy/Fun Luggage Tags
-Handmade Card from Mickey and his friends telling her how excited they are for her to come to their home and visit this holiday season

Thanks jksgrammy! I love these ideas! We are staying offsite in a condo so she'll have her own bedroom and bathroom for the relaxation she'll need after long days in the parks!:goodvibes

Yay! Love these ideas! Thank you. :santa:

Maybe make some disney themed food. You can make a lot of things into mickey heads. Watch some disney movies, family footage of old WDW trips.
Play disney triva games, If you scrap, maybe pre-make a few pages for your photos.

gifts are also good;in addition to other ideas:
matching t-shirts
