Hi all! I am going to be coming home to WDW for my birthday this December. Got a great airfare for 12/6-11/09, called Member Services to book a room, and nothing was available in a studio or 1 bedroom for the 6th!
Booked a 1br at SSR for the other 4 nights, and waitlisted for the 6th at SSR or for the whole period at BCV. I have 1 day of an old park hopper ticket, 3 WP&M features, and my free birthday 1-park ticket. Planning on buying MVMCP ticket for my birthday, and either a 2 or 3 day base MYW ticket to cover the rest.
My dilemma is this; how long do I wait for the list to come through before either booking a cash ressie at one of the value or moderates for the day I arrive, or , alternately, coughing up $350 to book one night at Universal and a 1-day 2-park ticket so I can see a little of the other place? And does anyone think that would be worth the $$ vs. around $100-140 for a room at WDW, and the $65 or so for the 3rd day of WDW admission?
Not quite pulling my hair out yet, but only because it isn't long enough to grabhold of!
