I had our TA put in a request for PLAPLAP which puts us in Lumiere's on formal night and Parrot Cay on Pirate night... just like we did on our last cruise, which turned out quite nicely.

I also found out that the dining arrangements are being handled differently than in the past, and it looks like we'll be unable to try to get our whole group seated together in the dining room. You'll need to link your ressies if you want to sit together.

This is what I requested as well, to be in Lumiere's on formal night, and to have a skippable PC night

Unfortunately it's the first night, but we're dying to have one night that we skip dinner and just relax by the pool with (veggie in my case) burgers and drinks, and we're not fond of the PC menu. PLA does put it on the first night, but we'll try to get word to our servers that we won't be there, if we get that rotation.

Ok--you can request what dining room you would like to be in for formal night? How do you do that? We lucked out last November and we ate Lumiere's for formal and PC on Pirate Night. Thanks everyone! Is there a meet up with those who are traveling this cruise? I would like to say hello in person to you all . (too many smilie icons to choose from...making my head spin right now)

You can request a rotation, but as with everything else, there are no guarantees... I just think that if the majority of cruisers have no preference, then I will hopefully get my requested one.

I know I am probably one of the last to make a balance payment and to get excited about pre-booking but we are newbies of course. But as of this afternoon we are paid in full.

We won't get to pre-book until the 22nd but since we live in Alaska we will actually be able to access the system on the 20th at 8M.

We ended up doing the REAS package and booked while we were on our PC cruise. There wasn't much that I wanted to do, just a new excursion offered in St. Johns.

Okay, so I am looking at this website, www.24hourbracelets.com. It seems they do have Lime Green as an available color. The wrist bands are a-la the Lance Armstrong style.

The debossed bracelets are $3.99/ea from 10 to 50 and then $1.69 for 50 or more.

Not sure if there is enough interest in actually doing this.

What do you all think?

Its been awhile sense I posted. School has underway for me for a while now and I'm counting down the days till the cruise.

Oh yeah.

ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!! I'm finally 18. I'm excited.

Anyway. Thats really it. I'm having a great day and I hope everyone else is too.

I don't think there is honestly. If your already signed up for the google site it gives the ages. Other then that I think it's been mostly done through talking on here. What are your girls ages? I have a 12 soon to be 13 yr old dd. She's having a ball writing back and forth with Reneeaiko's dd. And would love another.

Any input from anyone who has been to the island before? We would like to take all 3 kiddos (10,8,3), but not sure the 3 yo is up for anything offered. I have a feeling the 2 older boys will have to write something for school, so I would like them to go definitely. Thanks for any advice.

I am concerned about the dropoff at Little Bay, but like that we can rent a waverunner there. Not sure about how much nudity there is at Le Galion, and I don't think they have waverunners there.
