Hi! I just booked this cruise this week It will be our first cruise, me, DH, DD5, and DS2. As soon as we get back from WDW, I will be going into full planning mode

We just booked this cruise. DD will be 11 DS will be 8. Their first cruise and it is a surprise.

Just booked this cruise! Can't wait to see the ship at christmas time! this will be our 2nd Disney cruise (my 3rd cruise all together) . My 2 DD's will be 5 and 11 and the time of sailing. Lookin forward to it!!

hmmm...do you think we're going to have the whole ship to ourselves?? LOL, I know there are others out there who are going on this cruise too!!

Hi Lisa, I'm Mary and I live in the nw suburbs of Chicago were it is a balmy 9 degrees right now. Sure wish I was on a cruise today I have two kids, a boy, 3, and a girl, 6. I used to live in Germantown, TN briefly when I was a kid.

Wow!! 9 degrees..Holy Cow!! We thought we were cold at 42 today! I'm sending you some warm wishes! What do you do ? I'm a SAHM and i'm 33.
This will be our 2nd Disney cruise, my mom and stepdad are going along as well and this will be their first disney cruise and their first cruise ever! I talked them into a room with verandah, that it was definitely worth the $$!! Looking forward to "chatting" with you more!!

Hi Lisa, I'm a SAHM too, and my parents and my in-laws are also joining us on the cruise. I'm hoping we can add on a few days in WDW before the cruise too.

Unfortunately, your warm wishes are not making a dent in our snow yet! It just won't quit, but at least the temps are in the teens today Anyway, hope you have a great holiday!

Oh man! Maybe I need to wish a little harder for some warm temps your way! We have been having lows in the teens but it does warm up to around 35 or 40 during the day.
I look forward to my mom and dad coming along...but i don't know if i could handle traveling with the in-laws lol.
If you don't get to go to WDW before the cruise, where will you stay? We want to spend an extra day or two before but just not WDW. My dh,kids and myself stayed at the Radisson last time, but just was not overly impressed. We were looking at the Residence inn this tme around, esp. with their being more of us going.
Do you know your room assignment yet? I am already planning the magnetic signs and stuff for our door You think I might be somewhat excited about our trip lol.

Just added the 3 night cruise to my WDW stay. I'll be at the WLV from 11-27 to 12-3.

Then off to the Wonder I am sooo excited

My 1st DCL...and my DD's 1st cruise..she is 6.

My room number is 6231....Navigators verandah

I have one question.....What do I do till Dec 3rd
I'll just have to read others TR's to get through it.

Welcome, Kerri! Well, it looks like we will have 3 little girls all around the same age-at least in the same kids club anyway. It would be nice if they knew someone ahead of time.

Ok, I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I could definitely handle being on the Wonder right now! It is pouring down snow right now and I'm soooo cold! Its just so hard to pass the time until Dec. isn't it lol. I think it would be great if the "3 girls" got to know one another also and had someone somewhat familiar to play with! Now if it was the same with my oldest DD!! She has a hard time making friends because she is mildly autistic and that tends to "scare" off some of the other kids. She is very loving and wants to be everyones friend.

I have no vacations planned till then and i am DYING

I would love for the kids to get to know each other....DD can't really type on the computer yet....and she is "emerging as a reader"....so I don't know how to do that. I'm sure your DD will be fine.....so many nice kids will be around.

Wow, we've actually made it to page 2 Its actually feeling relatively balmy here after our subzero temps last week. School closed because it was so cold. I would have much rather been on the Wonder than trapped in my house!

Hi and Welcome! Nice to see more people joining in on this thread! I have 2 girls ages (at time of sailing) 5 and 11. I have been on two cruises, one of those non-disney and I loved the Disney cruise!! We've never been to WDW, but plan on making that trip sometime though. What deck/room number are you? We will be on deck 6, room 6606. Look forward to getting to know all of you!!
