I hope it is warmer further south -- Not that I'm complaining but I would like HOT!!!

Hot, HOT, HOT!

I am all for nice warm days, but not excessively hot. 80s is good.

Formal night #1 -- Black Tuxedo, Black Dress Shoes
Formal night #2 -- White Tuxedo Coat, Black Pants, Black Dress Shoes
Semi-Formal night -- Charcoal Grey Suit and Pants, Black Dress Shoes
Palo Dinner -- White Dress Shirt, Black Pants, Black Dress Shoes
Palo Brunch -- White Dress Shirt, Black Pants, Black Dress Shoes
Every other night, polo shirt, Dockers, Tennis Shoes.

The shoes DO match the outfits. The idea is to plan for outfits where you can wear the same shoes. (i.e. leaving the purple leisure suit at home).

At the risk of saying something already else has said (I am still trying to catch up on reading), you can DEFINATELY wear black dress shoes with a purple leasure suit. Pack the suit!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Just got back from my chemistry exam...it did not go well... :sad2: And I thought I was rather well prepared... :guilty:

At least I don't have another exam til Friday... :goodvibes

I really hope your exam went better than you think. I remember those days and it wasn't fun (well alot of it WAS fun, but not the exam part...)

I've got animal biology at 8 (that class has been kicking my butt all semester...and all of my friends' too!) and then statistics at 11:30. Stat should be easy...the class has been a breeze all semester.

What are you doing after that? ;) :teeth:

Ouch - two! It's impressive that you feel good about statistics. That would probably be the worst one for a lot of people. I guess animal biology is such a broad topic - but it sounds interesting -

Friday after that 2nd exam will be here before you know it and then good bye school until next semester!

Good luck, Heidi- I have a feeling you will do great.

I am going to make sure my children are in bed and then I am going to crash myself.

Good night!

Yeah the double wammy doesn't sound too fun but at least stat should be decent and nothing to worry about after biology. Yeah animal bio is broad...I think that's why it's so difficult...you just don't know what to study!

Thanks Sarah!! :goodvibes Good night!

Good luck on your exams, Heidi! You to Jen!!!! And anyone else taking exams right now!!!

DH is giving exams this week. Two down, three more to go. One tonight, one tomorrow afternoon, and one Friday morning. He is getting them graded and finishing his grade books right away so that Friday he can give his last exam, get it graded and those grades turned in before we leave for the airport!

I have to do :laundy: tonight so everything we need is clean and try to finish packing. DH is driving me  as he won't finish pulling things he wants to wear on the cruise!!!! No purple (or any other color) leisure suits, at least!! :lmao:

Afraid we have no leisure suits either...my DH got out a few things, but actually started helping me beat the boys into a few decisions last night...I'm a little stressed, and they seem to think things like school projects and finals (DS16) and hanging with friends when they should be studying for finals (DS14) are all more important than helping me find what they need to wear. I'm getting very quick to snap! I've been bugging them since the weekend to find their swimsuits. DS14 told me last night he thinks he needs a new one. Told him to make due...they aren't available now and I don't have time to look anyhow. Now if he would have looked the first two times I asked.... He has one that fits well and looks nice, his backup ones are a little rough...oh well!

It would help if I had any free time at all during the day, but I'm booked. Today it's Kevin's class project until noon, rush to the mall to return a Christmas gift that arrived wrong size, then rush home in time for the bus. After school, Kev has friends in and out, DS16 has a friend coming to finish up a big project for Lit so asked if I have a decent dinner and not just the "cheater" stuff I usually serve on busy days...Ahhhhhh! OK, better go--I have one hour to get ready and to accomplish anything.

Sounds like me, Sherrena!!!! Still have to go get DH new khakis. I am going to try to do that at lunch. Also need to get two prescriptions filled. Called one in this morning, will try to drop the other on the way to work. DH still hasn't picked shirts either. And I have to wash a few things tonight. It never ends, does it????

Nope....oh yeah, that's another one, fill prescriptions that we probably won't use! Luckily, I can do that while I'm at the grocery store shopping for "real" meal I have to prepare rather than the usual leftovers or heated frozen stuff I start serving a few days before vacation. But look out on Thursday! ;)

OK, one more rant and I'm gone....one thing we hadn't found was DS16's pool/beach sandals...just bought mid Summer. Last night he looked for awhile, then said he needed to study...can't I just find some new ones? First, no, not a big seller in December and second.... :confused3 . Just found them--supposedly a place he "looked." Of course, he would have needed to move the pair of cleats he had crammed in front of them to see them... :sad2:

Lucky for him he has high school finals and projects the next two days or I would string him up right now!

I'd be mistaken for a magician and given DCL cut-backs, someone would try to put me in one of the shows.

The only magic I plan to do on this cruise is making all the food disappear.

My junior does not have a final until AFTER we get back! Our semester ends 1/16.

Did you say bathing suit - just went through that with my DH!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

What's a real dinner?????
