well they posted the airline info but still no change in the halloween thing and its 1:12 am EST

Nope, 5:42am EST and Halloweed stuff is STILL up. I guess it had nothing to do with the date. I did email them again yesterday afternoon. This is what the response was: "Thank you for your e-mail. I sincerely regret that our website has not been updated with these items. Our website team is diligently working toward updating this data." And she offered to email me when the site was updated so I just responded and said that I would appreciate that. We'll see what happens and I'll be sure to post here as soon as I hear anything from them.

Good morning everyone!

Anything special about today....well look at your tickers!

It's ONE MONTH from today that we set sail.... :boat: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Just think, all of us will be getting to the ship, checking our room, buying those first rummy things, starting our 10 days of grazing at the buffets, etc, etc.

:rockband: :dancer: party:

COUNTING DOWN TO PARTY TIME!!!!!!

OK, now I'll go read the thread and see if you guys were talking about anything last night...

dear son - my daughter is tall, skinny and blonde, oh, and 16!!!

Yes, but you said DD.....oops!

My 14 year old also looks like Harry Potter...not so much now that he is maturing, but a couple of years ago when he was more boyish looking and wore glasses (contacts only these days!) people would come up to us in restaurants and stuff and tell us that.

Of course, I wouldn't tell him that any more...he's 14 going on 16... :smooth: Some people even think he looks older than the 16 year old...which he kinda does...because 16 year old is still a little behind him in development...16 year old's voice is JUST starting to change, 14 year old's well on the way! 14 year old also weighs more, and we all think will be a bigger guy when it's all done. Luckily, 16 year old is still just a bit taller, so his self esteem isn't totally beaten down. Mine is, they're both taller than me and gaining on dad quickly.

Good morning all! Yup, one month from today indeed!!! :Pinkbounc

I realized that I have to go find some nice tops for DD for dinner time as she only has t-shirts, all her nicer tops are long sleeve and will be much too warm for the cruise. ugh. And of course being in the snow belt there is almost nothing in short sleeves available that isn't a t-shirt. Resale stores maybe?

DD finally gave me her Christmas list. She wants Pixel Chix, Cube World AND a Game Boy! I think not..... Not with the cruise this year. And she wants more stuffed animals! She has way too many as it is so no more. Ah well.

We set up with the boys awhile back that the cruise is the gift from mom and dad, and Santa would probably get them one thing. Kev will be getting his own digital camera. He loves taking pictures, and just got second place in a little contest at school.... Of course, he won't be getting it until CC day, so expect a LOT of pictures that day! He will just borrow ours until then, though.

14 year old wants tickets to a boxing event....I REALLY hate the idea, but he told DH he wanted it for his Santa gift. It will be held in January...still thinking...they WOULD be easy to get into a stocking!

16 year old will be hardest...isn't sure. May want new sports gear...IF he decides to play Lacrosse at the high school again...but he really won't make his decision until January. They have practices/games six days a week. He just hates having no free time. He's a good student, and the two together are a lot. Just doesn't know if he loves it that much. Santa may just have to get him a certificate to a sporting goods store if he doesn't make up his mind...

our christmas present is the cruise. but maybe we'll get something small. in 2004 my parents gave us each a charm bracelet that we didn't know we were getting. and then while we were on st thomas they bought hayley and heidi something in the jewlery stores and put money towards what i wanted cause mine was so expensive :rotfl2:

Nick has not matured yet. oly 4'7" tall and 73 lbs!!! Little 14 yr old with hair usually everywhere and glasses and don't forget braces!!!!! Poor kid but he does have personality plus!!

Kat try the x-small in teen dept. Macys and Nordstroms seemed to have tons of short sheeve layering type tops - really cute. I even found some on sale for my DD for $12 - $16.

I was going to get both kids some gift certs - target, macy's for Lexi and target, i-pod for Nick.

Lexi will be getting a really big present but it is more for our convience than a special gift for her - but she doesn't know it or that it is mainly for me. A used car. Been looking for a month.

Yeah, Macy's bought one of our local dept. stores so I can check there this weekend. She is so picky, though! No buttons, no lace, not too girly girl, no pink.... what a nightmare!!!
