I wish we had a long weekend--we have no breaks between Labor Day and Thanksgiving unless you count parent/teacher conferences. I don't, because they are half days. I think some Atlanta districts get a long weekend next weekend for Columbus Day, but not us!

Hope your break was good!

That would be a long drive in the car. My daughter will probaly get bored with the 2 hour drive to the port from Palatka. We have it arranged that we are supposed to visit my brother in Palm Beach for Christmas. I will tell the family that I have to look at a job on the way down near the port. Brother will call on Nextel and say family is sick and need to take raincheck on trip. Since we are in area and already pack, why not see if we can get on the Disney ship. Hopefully will be a big suprise since we told her it will be 2008 to AlaskaDCLgodess said:That's a long drive!!! there is no way i could spent 22 hours without using a computer and internet...driving down the road makes it really hard to get access unless you have like verizon's broadband...
Tell the truth, he's not going because we split your fun lovinfg group up and he's mad. Hopefully we will see you on the Brig in the AM and you get all the excursions you hope for.fabulusk said:Jen - Kyle opted out. So there will only be 14 of us.
