Friday night -- Meet at the Radisson's pool in Port Canaveral 7 - 9.

Saturday -- 10:30 meet up in terminal while waiting to board.

-- 2:30 at Mickey Pool.

-- 3:30 on Deck 10 overlooking Goofy Pool.

-- 4:30 Goofy Pool for Sail Away on Deck 9 on stage

& Deck 10 overlooking Goofy Pool.

Sunday -- Wine & Cheese (for the adults) in 8004 @ 2:00

Monday -- Day at Sea

Tuesday -- 8:00 Atrium for DIS group pirate picture???

-- 9:45 Goofy Pool for Pirate night Deck Party

Hi Lillygator!
We just booked the 12/10/05 cruise last weekend. I am glad to see that someone has already started a meet thread. It will be myself, DH, DD 10 and DS 7 on the cruise. I am already really excited and there is a long way to go. This will be our first 7 day cruise. We did a 4 day Wonder in July. It was great!

I am so happy to see someone else!! I know we have a long time to go - but I am excited none the less!!

This will be our first 7 nighter as well...we did the 3 night in May....we were booked for the 12/11/04 cruise but I will be past 27 weeks pregnant so we had to reschedule!!!

It will be me, DH, DD 3 and DD (we think) nearly 1!!

Seems like your newest DD is a WONDER souvenier.
I was kind of wondering myself for awhile if we were going to have a souvenier from the trip, but luckily we aren't. I love my kids, but am perfectly happy with it being just two of them.

The day we board the MAGIC will be my birthday. Happy Birthday to me.

And I can't wait! Yesterday, I was trying to figure out how many disney dollars we will have from our disney visa. We should have quite a few with all of the home improvement projects we are doing around here.

Me too!!! I just paid our deposit for this cruise today! First time cruisers will be me, my dh, dd6 and dd8. I can't wait and have sooooo many questions! What cabins are you two booked in? We are in, golly, I forgot! It's just aft of mid ship on the 2nd floor, large porthole room. I guess Ishould go look that up and post it in a minute! Christi14 thanks for stearing me here! Now, I have two friends who have cruised before that can help me and THEN we can meet on ship! Yippeeeeeeeee!

Are those the ages your DD's will be at cruise time or their ages now? It will be myself, DH, DD10 and DS7(ages at time of cruise). It will be great to have new friends on board. We did a 4 day cruise in July this year and my DD met up with a girl her age on these boards. They hung out all of the time and her parents and DH and I hung out a lot together too. It was really fun! We have booked into 2116, so we will be just down the hall from you unless one of us gets an upgrade. Looks like we have lots of time to get to know each other before we get to go. I can't wait.

We just got back from a quick trip to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party - what fun!

I also just received an email about Florida Resident Rates for THIS December's cruise....I can only hope they will offer that for next year! It would mean more money for souveniers!!


We are in cabin 6548..on our first cruise we were in cabin 2502 and loved it....but DH and I felt that with a 3 year old and a newborn we may need to be in the roon quite a bit and would love the use of the verandah!

I can't wait - I am so looking forward to it!

Welcome back Lillygator! Mickey's Halloween party sounds like fun! How far do you live from WDW?

I would have loved to get a verandah, but couldn't see the extra expense. Now, if I had little ones like you do that are napping I would have to spring for it too. I can always hope for an upgrade .

Upgrades DO happen...we went in May this year and booked a cat 11, when our docs came we had been upgraded to a cat 9!! So cross your fingers!

We live in Sarasota, so we are about 2 hours away.....

We were upgraded when we went in July. We had also booked an 11 and got a 9. So, this time we started with the 9 since I really liked having the porthole. My DS loved to watch the water go by.

H i! That will the my dd's ages at the time of the cruise. It will be a blast to hook up together! I thought about getting the veranda, even had it booked at first, then chickened out b/c of the cost. We love having a balcony at the resorts, so I am sure having the veranda will be wonderful! My DH is a diver. Anyone in your parties a diver? I don't dive, so it will be nice to have someone to hang out with when he goes diving. Do your children enjoy the cruise? Do they spend most of their time in the supervised activities / centers? I am worried about my dd8. She is very special. I don't think she would be able to stay by herself in the center without knowing another child. My dd6 knows no strangers! One afternoon I was late picking them up from school, about 10 minutes. Grace dd8 was crying while Joy dd6 was just playing around. Can tender children survive the Disney center? I am hoping that my dh and I will have some time to ourselves b/c the trip is in honor of our 10th anniversary. Any advice?

Not having direct experience as my dd is not older, I have read that many parents felt it was important to get their children to the kids clubs that first night, kind of like a meet and greet and everyone gets their feet wet.

I agree about having the kids go to the meet and greet party the first night. Rachel had a blast at it. My kids didn't really go to the clubs during the day, but they did go in the evenings. I am hoping on the next cruise they will go to some daytime activities too so that we can try some daytime activities. We don't have any divers in our party, I am not even much of a swimmer. I enjoy sitting on the beach chair with a nice konk cooler in my hand . My daughter is ready for another email penpal if your daughter is up for it. Let me know and I can PM you her email address. She is turning 9 in a week and a half, but she has lots of younger friends. What grade is Grace in? Rachel is in 3rd.

My DD turned 2 today, so by the cruise she will be three...I am really hoping she will enjoy the kids club. She did fine this year but I think all those activites sound fun....the Goofy PJ party.....
