I have a couple of loads of laundry going. I have decided I am just not going to stress about Christmas until we get back. We will have 2 weeks and can get it all in, I am sure. :rolleyes1
I'm not sure when you celebrate Christmas, but we only have 1 week till Christmas when we disembark!

You are right! Garsh! 1 week. We can still get it done. We do big Thanksgiving and pretty low key Christmas.

Ok, I've done my share today. Ya'll take us to 2600 tonight. (Do you think I can really be quiet for any length of time? :teeth: )

Back to working ALL day on Monday, instead of half day. I will have to get alot done in between work over the next 3 days.......

what spa treatments Jordan?

I realized while packing that both my fancy dresses are black, no biggie I guess but I would love something with a little color!

We are getting our tree tonight! Yippeee skippeee!!! I figure we might as well get it tonight since I will be stuck home I need something to do other than clean!

Probably a deep tissue and MAYBE a spa villa treatment. Although doing it on my own doesn't sound nearly as fun as the couples' treatments.

I was going to say the same thing. ;) Now maybe Angie realizes why we are stressing a little bit? We will stay at WDW after the cruise & drive home on Monday. The kids have school Tues & 1/2 day Weds. I have a homeroom party each day...which will involve picking up treats for their party. I am NOT baking anything with that little time. I took all of the stockings in this morning so that the teachers can hang them up for the month.

Well guys, it took me over two hours to drive home tonight - a drive that normally takes an hour. Cleveland had about six inches of snow when I left, and by the time I got to I-80 (about 20 miles out of town) no snow! It took me almost an hour to go those 20 miles.

The lake effect in Cleveland is amazing. That warm water hits the cold air, and voila - tons of snow! Also found out on the day after we get back, we will re-convene to meet for negotiations.

Cristi - what kind of dog do you have?

You may recall I mentioned Sophia is getting a puppy right AFTER Christmas - we thought of the name Max. We have now decided to call him Winston.

I should buy that book you talked about Angie. Our last Dog (which Sophia still misses) was a wild man. He was a terrier, and he was fine with our family, but went absolutely CRAZY with anyone else who came into our house. We always had to crate him in the basement when we had visitors. One day he got away from me when Alex's GF came over, and bit her, and bit him while he tried to protect her - and that was it. :guilty:

We spent a lot of time thinking it was our fault - we took him to training when he was a puppy, took good care of him, and did almost everything everyone told us to do - he just would never calm down. That was over two years ago, and it was hard for us to think of another dog, but Sophia wants a dog very badly. It's like having another child.

That's why we settled on the lab mix - I have never met a lab yet that was not good tempered.

In a few minutes, I am helping my cousin out by counting her Mickey and Minnie piggy banks out. She figures she'll get a few hundred dollars out of it. Enough for cruise tips for sure.

Thanks J! I appreciate it. U are the best :teeth:

We have a great big clear cylinder that has a thing that looks like a parking meter on top - it is a bank. Last time it was full it had almost $700 in it. Amy said we haven't counted it yet . . . I told her I am waiting until we get back so I can help pay for what we spend! :earseek:

Ok, you all shamed me and I broke down and did Christmas shopping today. :rolleyes1 I got out my Disney catalog and my Coldwater Creek catalogs and ordered all the presents that need to be shipped. Disney is wrapping, attaching a card and mailing them for me - for a fee of course. Coldwater Creek is wrapping, attaching a card and shipping FOR FREE! :teeth: So now I just need to get a few things for the local kids/grandkids, oh and my Mom. She is the most difficult to buy for. I'll come up with something cool though. I will have a week to do that when we get home. :rotfl:

Sounds like a plan! I have lots of rolled coins in a drawer & others in cups on the armoire. Not sure when they will get turned in. :)

Angie!!! That's cheating! ;)

A three bedroom condo on the beach. :sunny: Bet Mom would like that. Then we could move in with her.
