12/10/05 ~ Anyone else cruising.....??

Hi Cristi;

I don't normally take my kids clothes to consignment shops, however, right now I have a lot of clothes in pretty good condition and lots of dresses for Christmas. Anyway, this past summer I called the CS and told them I had loads of out door stuff to get rid of, dino sand box, little slide, little picnic table, etc and they gave me a little over $100 on the whole load. They also came and got it so I was happy I don't know about clothes but at this point I'm thinking, get it out of the house and if I make some money on it, great!

Cristi - I haven't made much on the clothes...but I do have a bunch of Little Tykes stuff and then all the new baby equipment that I would like to take in. I made better $$ on the clothes through Ebay but I just don't have the time to tkae pictures, do the listings, etc....

Vanessa.... I got rid of our baby equipment at my one and only yard sale. So, I don't know if I should mess with trying to do the clothes. Although I could have Brad try to sell some on ebay. He has recently gotten into selling things on there.

Good morning all. I am not working - not at my place of employment anyway. I am doing the November madness getting ready for the family gathering at our house. Will have to finish cleaning today and bake a couple of pies. Tomorrow will be more pies, the potatoes, yams, jello, and the ham. Then Thursday the turkey and final prep on everything. My mom arrives tonight and some more guests arrive tomorrow night. The rest on Thursday.

Ok, gotta get moving.

This is my first time taking things to a CS. They are giving me 40% off what it sells for...which is more than what I would make on it at a YS here. People want to give you a quarter for everything. What a waste of time!!! I use to ebay all of the kid's clothes. Since I get most of their stuff on clearance or off ebay, I would make money on some items. It amazes me what people will pay for some stuff. With ebay's changes in the past year increasing fees, making you accept CCs with paypal...well, it just isn't worth it to me anymore.

We just got back from looking at replacement windows. Now I am going to start clearing out the garage!

HELLO EVERYONE, I HAVEN'T LOGGED ON IN A WHILE BUT I GOT MY PACKAGE ON SATURDAY FROM AAA. THEN TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM AAA THEY JUST UPGRADED ME FROM AN 8 TO 4 SO BE ON TH ELOOKOUT MORE MAY BE COMING!!!!!

Yes, They Sent My Documents On 11-17-05 To Aaa I Picked Them Up Saturday They Called Me Today Regarding The Upgrade.

Holy Cow!!!!!! I just checked our reservation since I saw that you were upgraded since we also have an 8. Well, I was upset because we are now assigned to 8004 (category 8 is listed under it). We REALLY like deck 7 & I was getting ready to call DCL or our TA to complain. Well, DH noticed that the deck plans show it with a balcony!!!!! We are also upgraded to a category 4!!!! WOW!!!
