Wow, cool door signs . . .

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr cold here! We were on our way home from a HS Basketball game and the car thermometer said 7 degrees outside. No fun taking the dog out in this - and she just wants to roll around in the snow!

:confused3 I am thinking about changing our seating to early,as I have heard to many people say they are to full to eat the night snacks. Like the Buffet. After bring at WDW for 11 days our clocks should be set to that time zone by then. When we get back My kids will bereally messed up eating at school. :scared:

We've had such a mild winter so far. This is the coldest it's been.

If it's any consolation Lisa, temps will be going back into the mid 30s next week. :crazy2:

Your DH picked a lousy time to come here, that's for sure. :lmao: Summers are much nicer! :cool2:

Kevin-yes, we've heard it's been a mild winter. Well, the 30s are better than the 10s, that's for sure. :goodvibes

He only wishes he could pick when he goes to Buffalo, but he has to visit his customer at least 5-6 times a year. His only consolation is that he has family in Grand Island that he can visit, which makes it a lot easier!

Very busy weekend for us. Wedding rehearsal Fri night, got home late, then back at the church by 9 am. (DrHug did the photography for the wedding and DS and DGS were Best Man and Ringbearer) The bridal party called the wedding coordinator at the church the Wedding Nazi! :rotfl: :lmao: The minister said he was "working with her to be a bit more people friendly". She made us be there by 9 am for a 1 pm wedding. Sheesh! She said we had to be ready for photos by 10 am. We did not actually start photos until 10:45 (of course!) and had plenty of time to get all the formals done and have the equipment out of the sanctuary by noon. Anyway, the wedding was beautiful and the photos look really good.
Now we head up to Washington State this afternoon so my family can visit with DS and DGS before we send them back to Phoenix tomorrow evening.

It's still very cold here also. In the teens last night again. DS has been grumbling since he got here about his best friend (Paul) choosing Feb for a wedding! He left 78 degree weather in Phoenix. There was good reason for the Feb wedding though, Paul is in the Army Reserves and his unit leaves for Afghanistan in two weeks. They had planned to get married last Sept, but had to delay because his unit was sent for some training right at the same time as the wedding. Would appreciate if you all keep him and his bride in your prayers for the next year. He did a year in Iraq already, got back from there a little over a year ago.

Having done a few weddings (photographer and minister) the coordinator has to be a "Wedding Nazi" sometimes just so things go right. While it would be nice if they can be nice but their job is not to be nice but to make sure the results are nice. (a lot of nice there) I actually prefer a "Nazi" to one that just wants to be liked.

I'm glad the wedding was beautiful. I love a good wedding.
