I had some good news for everyone....at least it put a smile on my face..

My family and another family booked our cruise in Oct/Nov timeframe. Another family now wants to join us and the price for the same cruise, same cabin went up $1300!!!! Now, granted I took advantage of a TA's group rate, but our other friend went to that TA and is now paying $1300 more.

Wonder if that means our ship is filling up fast!!!

You should all pat yourselves on the back for saving money!! Our other friends are kicking themselves that it has jumped up that much. Perfect example of procrastination. We tried to tell them to book!! oh wel!

Hey, not us we were in the 40's until Tuesday . My car was a solid sheet of ice last night in the subway parking lot . Even my mickey antenna topper had a least a half an inch of ice around it! I live in TO and we have had warm weather most of the winter .

Penny--I won't tell you the kind of weather that we're sending you and John over the next couple of days. The weather guy kept saying "It hasn't been this cold since December 19." That was the day after we got home from our last cruise. BBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Well, I am trying to catch up with everything, which is a monumental task, so I just want to THANK all for the Birthday wishes and the prayers and good wishes while I was ill. AND, to all those who have had recent Birthdays.

I would have been on here more often, but ANgie is tougher than I am. I got tired trying to throw her out of the chair.

I sure would like to know how much time 'til the cruise Mark.

Ok then. It must be the other Canada that sent this stuff our way. Which reminds me, I need to run out and plug in the heater in the pump house because it is going to be in the mid teens tonight. Anything under 20 degrees and we run a risk of freezing our pipes. Not a good thing at all!

Yes, those early booking discounts are nice! The $200 on board credit for booking while on the cruise will come in handy too!

It is the other Canada, lol. I am south of Vermont, Maine, ND, SN, Idaho, Washington, etc. See here in TO, we think we are better then those other Canadian , at least that what they (those other Canadians) told a reporter doing a new story last year, so they sent the cold stuff to us too!

The saga of my life continues....apparently I went way over my minutes on my cell.....and my bill is over 225 dollars!!!!!!!Yikes....after the tire purchases and all, it was all I needed to make my week.......

What can you do though....I am still loving life and moving forward....with lots of help from you guys...
