Tammie, you should have let the little one hug the cake! pooh: Would have made a great photo! :rotfl2:

Thanks for the Kayak link, Mark. I had just found that one a day or so ago but had not had much time to look at it. I am always up for saving another $10. :thumbsup2 Covers a drink of the day AND a coffee at Cove Cafe. :lmao:

We will probably wait until Sept to book our flights. We have found they often have specials right after Labor Day to try and fill those flights.

I thought I did good o well. Ya that ten bucks adds up. Where are you guys staying when you fly in? I think we are going to the Hyatt. But its $185.00

There are 12 from my family going so a few dollars each on airfare will amount to alot of money. I don't think Dennis and I will get a break on ours because we have to fly America West through Phoenix so we can hook up with DGS on the second leg. I have never seen a discount rate on that particular flight from Portland. There is a direct flight from Phoenix and I can probably get a good rate for Aaron on his, but we will just have to bite the bullet on ours. I will be looking for bargains for my DD, DNeice and DNephew and their families though. United, American and Delta all usually come out with fares in the mid 200s.

We own DVC and will be staying at one of those resorts for the week prior to the cruise. We stayed at Hyatt night after the cruise last Dec. I got a government rate of $100 though. I kind of had sticker shock when I saw the $185 and looked to see what discounts they offer. AA, Senior, Government, etc.

The Hyatt is nice and VERY convenient to the airport. Bell services took our luggage clear over to the United check in when we checked out in the morning and then ran interference for us to cut down on some of the lines too. Very helpful.

Thats right we talked about this. That is a AAA rate. I'll ask if they have any other rates. My dds love the pool. Its a great hotel.

Thats great they helped you with your luggage. I also had sticker shock when they said $185.00 :scared1: :scared1:

No, not this time. This will be a second week off of work for me. We will be going to Maui in April. I wish we could go the the parks I love them  .

Yes, we expected they would take the luggage cart to the door of the hotel and then say "adios", but she asked where we were headed and just went with us. Our flight was 6 am, so they were probably not real busy at 4:30 am

Maui's good! :woohoo: We have not yet gotten to Hawaii. We are just so addicted to Disney that we spend 2 weeks doing Disney in Dec, a week at DL in the middle of the year and then a week camping here on the Oregon coast. Pretty much burns the vacation time. We retire in a couple of years though so maybe we will use some of our DVC points and spend a week in Hawaii. Work is certainly getting in the way of my travel needs! :lmao:

Angie my puppy is wanting to go out side. It was great chatting. I was getting used to chatting with my self. I have missed Jordan. I hope all is all right with him. Take care. Have a wonderful weekend!!
Mark

I miss Jordan too. I think we have posted enough damage for our Eastern friends to have to catch up on in the morning. Goodnight. :wave2:
