OMG! I almost forgot! I was looking at getting Elton John tickets when they went on sale. He will be in AC this weekend. I had decided I would use the money to take the girls to a NY show some time instead. Well, their piano teacher has FRONT ROW SEATS for tomorrow!! And she is taking DD12's band teacher!! I am soooo jealous! And they were comped to her from the casino! Then she tells me she also has a comp ticket to see Barbara Steisand in November!! Maybe I should take up gambling.

DD is desperately trying to qualify on our local radio station for Elton John tickets in Las Vegas. These are for 3rd row tickets and a chance to go on stage for one song. Maybe THAT would get me on a plane.

My inlaws get a lot of things comped to them...trust me...it would be cheaper to just buy the tickets yourself!

I don't know, it seemed she was fitting in just fine! She will be back. Maybe she has a life outside the DIS.

Well since we now only have 2 cars in a 3 1/2 car garage I got plenty of room ...Plus the ceiling is a good place too .....

LOL! They walked to gether to the driveway today. DS was disappointed that I had the door unlocked though. He takes the house key out every day & hasn't had to use it yet.

you know a regular gym thing would be a great idea on the ship.
Kristina - do you know what other type of classes there are besides spinning? maybe just a morning treadmill/stationary bike/weights meet would be fun.

I agree with the morning thing - I'm going to try and start getting up earlier next week so I can do my exercise in the morning....just 2 moths from tomorrow 'til I'm in Florida!!!

You know there are several days per year that are just delightful and perfect - today was one of them. all the fall colors are out here. the morning was crisp - cold even - but heated up to almost 70.

You just are forced to slow down and take a deep breath and admire the perfection!!!

Confession time.....I have never been this behind on reading posts..

I have like 40 pages to catch up on. You guys have been busy. I know some of you would say - just jump back in.....but I feel like I'm cheating myself out on all the fun, funny and silly stuff that would have been posted in the last 40 pages. So - sorry if I respond to old stuff. I've just been swamped in life lately.
