Jhalkias said:No, not stupid, a lot of us are like that. I used to come up from our basement (where I have the treadmill) looking like I had just run through a rain storm - and I could wring the sweat out of my shirt. Amy would look at me with concern and horror.
I have a doctor who was trying to advise me on easy exercises to lose weight, he said that it is stuff he liked to do because he did not like to sweat. I looked at HIM like he was crazy. How do you know if you are doing anything unless you feel the pain? It is a great feeling for me when I push myself as hard as I can - at least until the next morning. You can just ask Amy about the stupid things I have done to myself when I have done things like this (like tackle football with guys half my age at Thanksgiving).

I've always been one to really hate to break a sweat but now I'm at a point where I don't feel like I've worked out unless I'm sweating like crazy! Kickboxing has become my favorite exercise. It really makes me break out in a sweat even before I'm halfway through the warmup.
