ABC is doing some kind of recap of the first two season, in a story teller fashion, of LOST.

Pj
My DH is really enjoying the recap.

Does anyone know the name of the show on Bravo where the designers were competing for their own design show and the last episode the audience voted. I liked that one when I remembered it was on and of course never remembered to vote. I wonder who won. I really liked the guy.
The guy won. I also can't remember the name but the guy was the winner! The final show he did a great job speaking and everything!

I found my "lost or stole" debit card in the cdrom drive....

OH NO!!!!!!

I locked the keys in the van at an out of the way park with DS outside the van and DD inside the van around 6 months old. I ran to get the guy mowing the grass on the perimeter of the park to contact the police. I went back with DD & played peek a boo with her thru the window for what seemed like forever. The police was on the other side of the county but they got the front door open in a second.

It is kind of creepy. I missed most of the second half of the season, so all the rest from now is new to me, lol.

Pj

I did too PJ. I watched the finale, but was confused because I had missed some shows. This is clearing it all up. :teeth:

So should I book limo r/t from MCO to Residence Inn and then back to MCO post cruise or should I rent a car?
How much do you want to spend? The car is cheaper but the Limo is more fun and convenient!

Good grief!!! That is more than a bit excessive. I am wondering what kind of problems they had to make them put those codes into place. :confused3 They even tell the girls the maximum length of their hair? Sorry but if they keep it neat looking, it is none of the school's business how long their hair is.
There are some religions that forbid the girls from cutting their hair. I am sure this would be a problem for some people.

My DS was so funny tonight. He was telling my DH all about our countdown chain. He told Jason that he(Jason) can't touch it...it is only for he(Jake) and mommy to take apart. He was going on and on about only one loop each day and then we will go to Disney. I have it draped over my computer desk. I am happy that he is excited about it!

I asked the girls what kind of countdown they wanted to do. Let's just say they weren't in a very creative mood and we have some more thinking in store.

I don't know if I can watch the Steve Irwin 20/20. I am sure it will make me cry. I never was a croc. hunter fan. It just didn't interest me. I do feel badly that he lived so far on the edge and now his poor wife and children are left to pick up the pieces. I can't even imagine my life with 2 small children and no husband.

It's weird to me that this parent is hung up on the earring
("my kid has to look at it!"). It doesn't seem like that big a deal to me! But I think there are a lot of people who do see it as a rebellious thing. It is not necessarily a fear of gays; that era is pretty much gone isn't it? My dh used to have an earring and it was definitely rebellion against his parents.

I doubt that a 2nd grader is trying to be rebellious. It sounds more to me like the parent is trying to rebel & press it onto thier child. :confused3

Ok, I am giving LOST one more try.

Pj
My DH said the same thing! He thinks it moves so slowly it almost gets boring.

We took a limo last cruise and I find it more convenient. Last time we booked Tiffany Towncar. I'm not married to any company I like service but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for something that doesn't differenciate that company. The car was only because we would be at the Residence Inn vs. coming from WDW and I wondered whether I would feel trapped.

We have watched Biggest Loser, Lost, and now Barbara Walters is interviewing Steve Irwin's widow. :(

I didn't think about that. If you get the car for the pre cruise then you can go to dinner, or walmart, or anywhere you might want before. Then for post cruise get the limo to pick up at the port and drop you at the airport. Then you can have both!;)

I of course agree. The school board members words to John were more like, "I don't want my child to be exposed to people like that."

Excuse me... what exactly does that mean, "people like that". That is one thing I hate to hear.

The kid is 7-8 yos for Pete's sake! What kind of person is he at this point??? :confused3

They did something like that last year didn't they? I don't watch it and I watched that episode and really thought the show was interesting. I love JJ Abrams. I used to love Alias.

My problem with all of these shows is I typically don't watch tv so I never recall what network and time things are on. That is why iTunes was so wonderful for me. I used to watch Alias and 24 regularly and then they put them on opposite each other. Then I liked the Gina Davis the Amereican President show. Typically the show I love the most ends up being preempted for various reasons and/or loses its audience when the network moves it.

Carla, it is much easier now! ABC has most of their popular shows online. You can watch them on your computer whenever you want to. :thumbsup2

Found it - it wasn't a Bravo show but an HGTV show. Design Star grrrr I can't see the video since they don't have it set up for something other than realplayer and windows media. I hate that when that happens.
