Exercising on the ship -- Confession straight away here. I'm not my former thin self any longer. I'm fluffy! The only stretching I do on cruises is to reach across the table for the last bite of DS's Mickey waffle!

I KNEW I liked you right off!! Just skim thru the exercise posts. Stick with Caroline and me and we will not let those exercise people corrupt you!

Kristina - amazingly there are about 4 small airports all within about 20 miles of each other. we are flying to Shamokin - Northumberland county. It is south of Knoebles but very very close.

We can ship the hubbies off for a sightseeing flight if they are bored.

The Knoebels phone message says they will have limited food - is everyone bringing snacks or not necessary? thanks for the info about the armbands - we will probably just wait until they are being sold. I don't think we will arrive much before noon anyway.

I am so looking forward to meeting this group especially since Caroline will be in late dining with us. It will be fun for the kids and make the trip seem more real to them.

We aren't bringing snacks. We will have lunch at the park. I think we will go somewhere for dinner. I just talked to Caroline on the phone. She said that Karen is interested in meeting for Dinner tomorrow. I am waiting to hear from her. I am happy that Jake will get to meet other kids and a dis dog!!!! It will be great!

DisneyVegas1 - OMG! Can I bribe you to have your picture taken with what will definitely be awe-struck 10-yr. old and 7-yr. old boys?? Can I pay you BIG money for a photo op?? That is the coolest pirate outfit I have ever seen, hands down! What a coup!!!

No Need for that ...If you have early seating the Captain will be making rounds to all the lil pirates during dinner ...and may also pop in and say Aye , to everyone at late seating ...But there be plenty of time to get pictures ..

My one big ebay "find" was back before we took the 10-night Christmas cruise in 2004. I won a POC watch that was given to a VIP in Disneyland by Jerry Bruckheimer. It is very cool. Bought it for DH to give him Christmas Day on the ship. And.....if you can believe this.....he sort of ho-hummed when he saw it. He is NID (not into Disney). He indulges me on these cruises.

We are - naturally - waitlisted for Early dining...going to throw myself on the mercy of the CM's in Rockin' Bar D to switch. We learned the hard way that our youngest DS does not do well with Late dining.

That will be SO cool to see you in full CJS regalia! Are you used to the gasps of joy and delight that come from true POC fans when they first see you?!?!

OK OK OK, it is not exercise, just a method to see the ship. I will not be breaking a sweat. But at least I won't have any guilt about those Palo meals and the Dessert Buffet and the two meals at Castaway Cay, etc....

I think my kids will be confused about how we are meeting all of you. All they know about the internet is Lego.com and Claire's.com etc. This should really be fun.

Official meeting at 12:00 - NOON

I just called Knoebels....they are open at 10 for the crafts. There will be some food starting at 12 - 5. The rides will be from 12 - 5.

We should go somewhere for dinner after the park....I guess we can decide that tomorrow.

Well we were on the Magic in June and this was before they had the FD at CC and there on "Jack" on board and it was a mob scene , the line for pictures and autographs for me was longer then Mickeys , when some of the Parents found out I wasnt with DCL they couldnt believe how elebrate the costume was and that I had the walk and talk down ....The next question was "you Packed all that for the Cruise"? ,,,,Of course well worth it and very overwelming ...didnt expect that big of a response ...and when me and the older DS went dressed to the POTC2 premiere the response was the same ...I love it , its fun to get lost in a character sometimes ...

Kristina -- We are right up the road from Fredneck! I go to COSTCO all the time up there! We're in Glenelg....up Rte. 70 in western Howard County. Mini-meet?

I dug out our Christmas Mickey tropical shirts last night and they're not moth-eaten! It'll be nice to get another wearing or two out of them.

Has anyone else not made it to a Deck 4 lounge chair on past cruises? Somehow, I've managed to walk by them....always meant to sit down in one and relax.....never did. This time for sure!

Try not getting your picture taken with CJS. That'll be the trick. I can just see the "official" Captain Jack pouting around the ship because nobody wants to play with him.

As for the "wenches" don't forget that Todd has a lovely wife of his own. (See the gal that looks like a teenager in his sig) Why do we never hear from her?
