I really like the Precious Moments figurines but I only had one and refused to buy any more because if you have two it become a "collection" and then it gets hard to stop buying them. My one PM figure broke a few weeks ago when the shelf it was on collapsed so I have been thinking that I should get a new one with a little boy and a little girl to represent my DD and DS. DH does some checking and it turns out there are Disney PM figures! Be still my heart!!! Are these not the cutest things ever?

But this is the one that I think I have to have now!

For the plane ride yes ....but put the flintlock in my backpack before going to the port ...Reason why is because if they had any questions they could ask me since I was there , if I had let it go through my suitcase then when they asked questions they couldnt and probably would have left me a nice note saying "pick up at port security after your cruise" and I didnt want that ...What would Captain Jack Sparrow be without his Flintlock ..lol

Becka!!! Get some sleep and feel better girl! I love the figurines with the girl playing with the castle, so sweet. My aunt has a cabinet full of those and Hummells.. I think that's what they are called, they are from Germany. I couldn't do it in our house, there are footballs and baseballs flying around and I am always picking up broken picture frames that fell prey to a random shot. I now only buy cheap frames, and no other glass decor items.

That Disney one I want is going for about $100 on Ebay. I don't have a clue where I will put it because I know I will be afraid of breaking it.

Well I got a piece of my "pirate wench outfit" tonight. Dm is into the whole live in a lean-to shoot black powder guns things so had a chemise i could borrow.

BTW Capt Jack... Do you have any good Commodore Norrington pictures?

I spent 2 hrs at the Local Jo-ann fabric store. My big purchase was some patterns for costumes for DD and DH. I kinda looked at the fabric but haven't picked any out yet.

They had any Simplicity patterns for $1.99 each and had some nice pirate ones. (very POTC)

One last question for all of you iPod Geeks before I go to bed.

I want to get a new case for my new 80gb iPod (same size as old 60gb).

Those of you that have cases, what case do you have, do you like it, and why?

I bought one the other night, but when I got home, realized it was for the 30gb model, and I need to return it. Any suggestions before I try again?

Lisa, how did you learn this? I have trouble with the dark theater shots. I would like to take a class to better use my rebel but haven't made time yet. I do have a zoom lens but am not sure how or how much to adjust the shutter. Any tips?

I keep my Rebel on auto most of the time too but I want to take some clear theatre shots with no flash this time. I think it's fast shutter with more open aperture -- I think that can work together - to let mre light in without leaving the shutter open so long that the images blur.

DrHug had a great time playing his guitar and singing with DD and friends. They had a stage set up with mics and lights on her friend's property. I went and lay down in the car to snooze about 11:30, but he played for another hour after that. He has not been able to do that in awhile. I thought I would catch up before I went to bed and MY GOODNESS, an hour later I'm finally done!
