I actually called the school before i called the police and the vice principal (who was in charge of 6th graders) said that she didn't care because they were off the bus. Nevermind that the substitute bus driver knew the girls were picking on my dd and told them to "take it off the bus" and just pulled away as they originally started to beat on DD. I was furious and took every opportunity to rub that in admins face that year.
i had called school because i was going to get them off our bus route. (which makes things difficult for their parents.) i know that is why the moms showed up the next morning before i had time to file that restraining order which would definately had them removed.
There were other incidents at school but nothing else after school or on the bus.
