I booked the couple's choice in the Villa. Something about sitting in a hot tub while at sea really appealed to me!

I did too.....DH said - oh how much was that $300, um, yes dear.

Barb is on our cruise too, right? Better book some spa time as I have seen she really loves the spa! :teeth:

But I may need someone as a back up in case DD3 doesn't want to stay in the club!
This Grandma and Grandpa will be onboard. She can play with Aaron if he is not in the club and with just Grandma and Grandpa if he is. :thumbsup2

Maybe she and Samantha will hit is off = they'll be in the same age group in the club - if not, she can hang out with us (providing we have differnet villa days!)

I thought of something...."The Bride" called last night and asked me if I would do a toast at the reception. I don't know what to say. DH said to keep it short. I want it to be nice but not corny. KWIM?

I was curious if she got her Plao reservations and all the ones for her bookings....I couldn't imagine having to do it for more than me!!

She is also in the same age group as DS if she has a liking for little boys!

I won't tell!

Been there, got up at 3 a.m. to get the bill from under the door to hide it from DH. Because although he knows how much each thing costs, it's that big bill at the end that always gives him that momentary stroke...

Something about your relationship with her(this could be where you add a bit of humor), how wonderful (hopefully!) her groom is, good wishes for them.

Awww, you guys are so sweet! I think I picked the perfect time. 2:30 on Monday. We can do brunch, spend time with the kids, do the spa, take kids to an empty pool, do show, dinner...what the heck am I doing planning..I don't plan! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Oh absolutely! Actually her class in school seems to be made up of mainly boys. One little boy, Gavin, just loves her and he is such a morning person. He screams "Samantha" like he hasn't seen her in 10 years every time we walk in.....S on the other hand doesn't get warm and fuzzy until at least 9.

I always liked when people talked about why they were suited. i.e. It is so wonderful that "the bride" found someone who makes her feel like "a princess, a movie star, the most interesting, beautiful, the smartest" person in the world. Kinda Corny, but personal too.

DGS just got home from his first 5 hours of his first job. I asked him how it was and he said "beats pumping gas or flipping burgers!" :lmao: These are the kind of jobs that encourage them to continue with their education.

I have been best friends with her since we were 14. She and I have always been a pair! Her family bought a campground when we were graduated HS. After the University years she moved there and I stayed where we used to live. Our friendship always endured. We talk on the phone and visit each other often. Since I had children it has put a bit of a damper on it...but she is the best. Some of the girls in the wedding party are crazy. Kim (the bride) even regrets asking the one girl. It will soon be over. This weekend will be fun, I am sure of that!

DD3 is usually fairly social and loves to make new friends. Se liked the club last time at the beginning, but didn't want t go back the last few days. :confused3 When I ask her now she says she doesn't want to do the club. She loved Flounders a few months before so I am confused. I thing going to preschool will help her a bit, and meeting some of the kid a little before hand also.

Learn early that you never want to be 80 asking if the customer would like to supersize that...
