So, if you are all thinking of a possible, accidental, DIS CC Island Cruise, lets say Friday for the afternoon cruise if there is one. Let's see a show of hand for afternoon.

I am thinking of booking it, then talking to DH about it. He has been on the Golden Eagle & has mentioned that the kids would like it. It seems like this is something that would get them use to it....AND it is much less expensive too.

is there another cruise gift basket shop other than the one always mentioned - I wasn't that impressed with their offerings.

does anyone know if Peggy's sweet in Orlando delivers to the cruise ship? she has cute things.

Peggy went back to teaching so she is no longer doing baskets. Shirley does great cruise baskets though....

I havent' told them about the cruise yet because I just told the school about our Sept. Disney trip. I wonder if we will get the homework boom lowered too?

Does anyone have any suggestions for educational things from the ship that we could bring back to share in K?

elaine, I assume you mean Shirley. Don't let her website fool you. You can call her and she will put together a basket with whatever you want. You can even send stuff to her shop and she will put those items in. We had some special t shirts and she put them in with a bunch of other stuff for the kids. SHe really is great and she will customize a basket no problem. I was so impressed with her that on our last trip, I stopped by her shop and visited her. She made me feel like I was a long lost cousin. Very caring lady. Honest!

PJ - That sounds interesting. I have never seen that one before. It says all ages but does not list a price for under 3. I wonder if Allie would be free?

I will try to stay up as late as I can, but DH is packing for Chicago tommorow early and he is kind of grumpy. This is a wierd trip, he comes back monday at 11:30 p.m. and then leaves again at 7 a.m. for San Antonio...
