I was not able to book the Fury Catamaran trip either today.

Kim - did you hear back about this - has it been dropped?

We all took a catamaran trip in St. John last Dec. and had a great time.

I also experienced that quirky thing where I was left off the booking - I forget for which ones. I will have to see if I can get that straightened out but it took me so long to decide on times etc. that I didn't want to invest any more time into it today.

We are doing the Kohunlich tour, Catamaran in Cozumel and bicycles and Stingrays at CC.

Did everyone see the reduced prices for the second day at CC - good for rentals of bikes, snorkel etc.elaine

I talked to shore excursions today. They fixed me on the one excursion, but the one we really wanted to go on was the Catamaran. The supervisor is going to call me back tommorow. They cannot figure out what is going on.

Also, I ran all the numbers with rays without rays etc... There are definitley cheaper ways of doing things in CC depending on what you want to do.

Lisa - I so considered getting the live feed since DH is away ( I did this before when he was gone), but I know I will never get any sleep or anything done all day! Also why I won't look at any boards for it either. I missed a few of the early episodes and I don't like it when a group thinks they have so much control as those from BB6 did, although I love Kaysar! Janelle gets on my nerves majorly. Her voice just hits a nerve??? Maybe it is her attitude?? But she is a good player and I have to give her her kudos for that. I really don't have much invested in anyone, so whoever wins, it won't be too much of a big deal to me this time. But my vote as of now goes to Dani, though I doubt it will happen.

This is the first time I've watched the live feeds. And I'll honestly be happy when the season is over because then I'll finally get more sleep.

One thing I noticed watching the show and getting the feeds is how much they manipulate with editing. All the people that seem likeable on the show tend to be really awful in the house. James and Dani really strike a horrible nerve for me watching the feeds. Will seems like a really nice guy, even though he does lie quite a bit, but I do see that he does the lying for the game and that he still has a heart. I like Janelle, she seems like a really sweet girl. Erika is really boring, although she has had an interesting run as HOH I must say.

I really need a digital camera so I could post pics...The placemat has a carnival type background and says " My special day at 1900 Park Fare." Pictured around the fair and Cindy and PC, Fairy Godmother, the Mad Hatter, and Alice. These characters signed it plus Mary Poppins. Wouldn't hurt to ask about it Lisa as I didn't see anyone else get one?? She kinda snuck them to us.

Well if it makes you feel any better, tonight is a really boring night in the BB house so you're not missing anything. Last night though... well that's a different story.

Does everyone know about ordering the special dessert from the GF - you can get it served at 1900 Park. They make a white chocolate Cinderella slipper with chocolate embellishments - it's big and can be shared - we ordered it when the kids celebrated their 4th birthday there. They were more interested in the make your own sundaes at the dessert bar though.

We've had the regular cake they serve and I've ordered from private dining however we've never had the slipper. janet2K has lots of GF stuff in here threads and I feel like I recall her discussing the slipper. So far my favorite dessert is the cake they used to include in the birthday illuminations cruise. That thing is fantastic.

My newspaper is doing a series on displaced Katrina victims who have settled in town...1 of 5 families they did are my parents...It's a good read (a little long). If you are interested here is the LINK

you do have to pre-order the slipper 72 hours ahead I believe.

It was very pretty and tasty too. Hubby and I shared most of one while the kids went for the sundaes.

I've been reading bulletin boards and have watched youtube but I'm really behind - I like Will and Janelle. Scary to think and wonder about how editing is used in general in news stories.

Sorry, it was really a drive by hello. Our desktop went down. So three of us here share 1 laptop....I didn't look into the reinstatement as I am now going on a 11 day WDW trip in June 07...and another WDW/DCL in Feb 08........
With the cash I was already saving for the cruise...I have the WDW trip almost paid off and can start saving for the 08 trip.

Angie, let's get together again. I love hanging with you guys.

Just for those that don't know me. I went on the Dec 05 cruise with Lisa and Mike (LBGraves), Angie and Dennis (MrsMork and DrHug), John and Amy (JHalkias), and Vanessa and John(lillygator)....I was scheduled to go on this cruise,but dropped out a few months ago....

I am mouthy and started the whole trying to get the 00 posts..thanks to Angie.
