I can't post 66 more times and live with myself...plus can you imagine how much time that would take....

Thanks for the shout outs, Real Mickey, Caroline, Angie, Lisa.........

If any of you folks are out in CA and going to DL/DCA, I'd be happy to meet you. I live only a few minutes away and have an AP......

As for Le Celier, We made reservations for there the day we return from the cruise . . . the 16th.

I must confess too Kim. I have neither a crock pot nor a dutch oven!!! :lmao: :rotfl2:
You should get a crock pot! They are wonderful. Yesterday morning I threw a frozen beef roast, potatoes, carrots, and onions into it on low. When it was time for dinner....voila....Dinner is ready! They are the best! I use mine a few times a month!

It is a rainy yucky day in Eastern PA. Today is the big day...DS will go to preschool. I signed up for snacks for the first week. I made homemade chocolate chip cookies (small ones) and I am taking pretzels. He also requested chocolate milk and apple juice for his drinks. I got up and got showered before DH was even up for work. I wanted to catch up with you guys.

I was actually up sick last night. I had a stomach ache and couldn't sleep. I was blaming the diet food but I think it is baby leaving the nest anxiety  .

Eliza is up....talking in her crib. I better get moving again. Have a HAPPY TUESDAY!

You don't need to thaw it out? I didn't know that!!!! That would make it easier because I just can't think about what to have for dinner the next night. How many hours did it cook?

Jordan, you are always welcome here. :) Well, the kids got to school at 8 again today. We haven't run late yet. ;) I want to keep this up...though DS has the habit of staying up to read & it is making it difficult to get him up at 7 am. I don't remember if I posted yesterday but I got an email from DS's teacher last night. He told her about his warning...gave her until 11/1 to challenge him or he wants to be homeschooled. :lmao: When I asked him about it he said it told her before class started. He didn't know why she laughed. :lmao: I cracked up when I read her email. I guess you can't really complain about a student insisting on being challenged in school. She is going to start giving him extra homework next week and since he likes history, will have him start a research project in the library too. He might regret asking. :lmao:

Good wishes to those back to school this week, especially Brandi with the first day of preschool for DS!
Our school district starts next week (Tuesday). DD13's bus comes at 7:21 (and that means we're out of the house around 7:05 to be sure we get down the street to the stop a few minutes early). DD8 will be on the bus at 8:28 (but the bus stop for our neighborhood is at our house!!) DS3 will start preschool that day at 9am. We'll see if everyone gets where they have to go on time!

Mickey, amazing story. Thanks for sharing it.

Off to work for a few hours again. Then we have to drop by DD13's school for the sports physical for field hockey. End the day with piano and viola lessons for the girls. Oh, and the stuff from vacation... still need to deal with some of that.

Jordan!! Miss you and wish you were joining us on tis cruise!! I'll have a drink or two in your honor though!

Yesterday was a crazy day. I was up working late and then the sympony of frogs in our half done pool started up about two am...it was worse than a chorus of old men snoring. It was horrible. Hopefully they will be quiet tonight or maybe I can get to be early.

As far as WDW dining. Hands down DH loves Le Cellier and CG the best. The first time we dined at LC I was not impressed and would not have gone back but John doesn't ask for much and for once I am glad I listened. I think we've been to almost every buffet or AYCE....didn't care for GG - but I don't like catfish, neither does DH. 1900 and CP we both really enjoy for both the breakfast and dinner. CM is also a hit - we are dining there before the cruise. LTT is pretty good but always seems rushed. We've had GF cakes and the slipper at 1900 and the cakes are always so delish. We are dining there in Oct and I can't wait for the cake - I think it's more for me than DD! Ohana I loved as did DH BEFORE the menu change. It just hasn't been the same since. The green beans were the bomb! It's really difficult now to experience the way they are dong ADR's. I still miss the walk up kiosks they had at Epcot. Our hardest thing is choosing restaurants...I mean I don't know what we are having for dinner tonight let alone in 180 days. That's why we stick to the same places it seems. :(

Elaine - where did you see a Wendy costume? I have't seen one. I am ordering DD the Alice costume this weekend. Or else I am going to have my mom pick it up.

Well, gotta get some work done. I was here at 7 this morning....the princesses didn't like getting up that early!

I just got the funniest video clip in an email. IDK how to post it here so I emailed it to all of you. Even the guys will like this one. :lmao:

The bills are finally paid and I have a dentist appointment in an hour. Maybe I can snag a hair appointment before we leave...I wont be happy being on the plane but my hair will look good. ;)

UGH! I guess that I will just have to deal with this mop for another week. The girl who cuts my hair isn't at the same place, but they did give me her cell number and she will be at a new shop this Friday. Too late for this weekend for me...but I would rather not deal with a new person and my hair. She just does too good of a job. It was so convenient right down the street. Oh well. This town isn't too big.

Good Morning Everyone!

I popped in last night just long enough to post the big banana and then DH wanted the computer. I sat down on the couch to watch Agassi play tennis at the US Open and the next thing I know it is 8:30 and DH is waking me up and taking me to bed. You would think after that much sleep I would be well rested but I am still tired. My neck is pretty sore because I slept on my pillow kind of funny.

I was running a little late this morning but thankfully I was only 2-3 minutes late getting to work. It is a payroll day and so far it has been quiet but you never really know…. ;).

Brandi – I know this is a big day for you but you and your DS will be fine. He will love preschool and you will be amazed at how much they learn.

If anyone else has any good crockpot recipes please share them. I really should use my mine more than I do. I also didn’t know you could put frozen meat in them. That would be a really nice thing to know since I always forget to take things out of the freezer.

Spa – That wrap thing does NOT sound fun at all and I can’t imagine relaxing during it. I think if I book something it will have to be another hot stone massage. At least then I know what I am getting. Maybe they will also have a nice special sometime during the week that will not cost that much. A girl can dream…. ;)

John1 – The fact that I am saying what you are thinking is a little scary to me! :scared1: The next thing you know I will be talking to myself here on the boards…. ;)

WDW Dining – We really love to eat at the different restaurants. Deciding where to eat is a big part of my trip planning. In fact I kind of miss it because you don’t have that on the cruise. We have only been to Le Cellier once but DH claimed it was the best steak he has ever had. I thought it was really good but I still don’t quite understand why it is as popular as it is. I think maybe it is an easy choice for those who are afraid of the other more exotic choices in the World Showcase.

1900 Park Fare was really good in February and I definitely would like to go back again. The food was really good for a buffet and the kids of course loved the characters. They keep the kids entertained so DH and I can actually eat.

‘Ohana for dinner was never a favorite of ours but we loved the character breakfast there. Back in Feb. ’04 a spontaneous decision to eat there for breakfast turned our whole trip around so it kind of holds a special meaning to us.

Spoodles on the Boardwalk used to be our best kept WDW dining secret but when I checked for our last trip they had ruined the menu. It is now so limited and some of our favorites are no longer offered.

On of the best dining finds on our last trip was actually a counter service place. Columbia Harbour House in the MK. We ate there twice on our last trip and it was wonderful. It was such a nice midday break and the food was really tasty. I don’t know what took us so long to find it.

Well I probably should sign off now before I win the longest post award! :teeth:

I have to agree Lisa... the last 24 hours were INSANE! I took Tylenol PM last night and then started watching feeds and whoa! It was really hard fighting off that Tylenol PM but I did because it was a heated night! Can't wait to see what they show tomorrow. Things are getting really interesting in the BB house! popcorn::

oh man - what's going on???

they cant come close to showing all the good stuff on the tv shows

We will fill you in tonight after 11 pm with whatever wasn't shown on TV after everyone has a chance to watch it. :)

Lisa - I NEVER thaw it out and it always gets fully cooked! I put it in around 9 AM. We eat at about 5. I cook it on low all day. It is done cooking before 5 but it doesn't get over done...it is always perfect...honestly! I cook beef roast and pork roast that way. Frozen meat with fresh veggies. PERFECT! No fuss no muss...
