Tomorrow's game should be fun...I reminded the other moms to bring trash bags b/c the field might be muddy. They asked, why - for the uniforms? I said - NO - for tehkids.... I often make a poncho out of them and have them sit alll muddy in their car seats in the bags. SAves on cleaning the car...AGAIN!!!

Oh - and since i'm ranting.....do ya think a man designed our kids uniforms....WHITE PANTS AND A WHITE FB JERSEY!!!! And the first game....and in the mud. OMG!!! We're playing in downtown Harrisburg and the team is gonna be mostly black children. I feel like we're announcing "White team coming thru!!!" in our all white uniforms and all white children. What's up with that?!!! Believe me....we're already going to be noticed...and then they go and do this to the kids. or should I say the moms since we're the ones to deal with getting that dirt off the uniforms.

Morning all.......a beautiful Sunday here. The girls are still sleeping and DH is out working in the yard. I am going to try and relax a bit today. All that cleanign wore me out yesterday!

They are! I sympathize with anyone passing a stone. DH passed his first about a year ago. He thought his appendix was ruptured or something and was really scared. He was at work and had to drive himself to the hospital and didn't think he was going to make it.

I wouldn't wish kidney stones on my worst enemy.

DH had kidney stones about a week before I was due with DD. I woke up and found him on the floor. I called our friend at 1 am who was suppose to come over if I went into labor to stay with DS while I drove him to the ER. He barely got in the door & they took him back. I sat down to check him in & the girl started asking questions. When I said that he didn't have a doctor, she stopped and said....you haven't seen anyone in the last nine months? She thought that I needed to be admitted.

OMG Lisa! While there is nothing remotely funny about having kidney stones, your DH having them during YOUR pregnancy made me chuckle. It is very common to get them during pregnancy so your DH getting them instead is kinda cute. KWIM? I can't think of what that is called.....

Oh yeah! Sympathy pains!!

Wow it is slow! Just looked it up and it says maybe Florida Wed - Thursday! My uncle just bought a house in Fl. Wonder when he plans to move in? I'll have to ask him today.

I'm suposed to go to my mom's for the yard sale, but I just don't feel up to it. The girls really want to go, but I doubt anyone will want lemonade on such a terible day. I wish the rain would just come already. We are in a drought right now and this threat of rain is getting old.

I have two more classes to take and I wasn't going to since I would miss class for the cruise. My niece signed up for Public Speaking that I have to take and wants me to take it too. I would miss two classes in a row since it is on Thursday nights and I would have to leave on Thursday. She is really begging me, so I think I kinda need to.
