Oh PJ that sounds so painful. I've never heard of toxic water - gotta google that one prior to going to bed. Toxic right not tonic??pjpoohbear said:I drink a small glass of toxic water when I have leg cramps, i get them from the hypo-thyriod. I also get chest muscle twitches, those freak me out. But the face ones, which no one can see, are just weird, lol.
The toxic water has some mineral in it that is suppose to help cramping.

During the school year when I am working I don't even start novels! I literally have no self control. I will stay awake all night and read! It is really sick! Before I had children I would read until 4 or 5 am...all summer long!!!! Oh for one day like that....one day to stay up all night and sleep until.....until....I have the energy to read again!!!!!!Bella2000 said:Heading to bed myself. I should go right to sleep however I might just read one chapter of the book I've been neglecting. Of course how does one read just one chapter. I end up moving the book marker to the next chapter saying just one more. Anyway - Night!
isn't that the best though - I know its a sickness. Physically exhausted but the book is done and you'll be ready to start another one that day.klineyqueen said:I literally have no self control. She fussed about the movie that we picked out...even though DS let her have the final say...he got tired of the whining too.I sure hope tomorrow is better. I have a feeling it is going to get worse as school gets closer.
I used to get those and two of my kids did also. Ouch!! Rubbing really fast and getting it heated up was what worked.Bella2000 said:oh, I wonder whether it is in the air. 1 am Saturday, 10:30P and then 2A Sunday. I am one tired puppy. The moaning dreaming talking is worse because it makes me keep waking up because I can hear her and don't know whether she is sleeping, awake, having issues etc. Growing pains are the worse. She gets them in her legs and you need to rub them out all night. Fortunately DH is the pro at this so he has to wake up for it. My nephew had them as well.
