I was doing 2 separate flights, PDX to PHX RT, then PHX to MCO RT. We may just fly with connecting in PHX and tell our DDIL and DS the flight leaves an hour earlier than it really leaves. They are famous (or infamous) for being late and have TWICE missed flights.

There were $219 RT flights PDX to PHX today for that piece. DrHug really does not want to spend the extra $$ doing 2 separate flights plus a hotel at the PHX airport both going and coming home, but we will see. I need to check with United and AA to see what kind of rate I can get flying with PHX as our connecting city. Life should not be this complicated. I have no idea what those kids were thinking when they moved our youngest DGS to Phoenix for Pete's sake!

The following pictures may be highly offensive to those members of the anticraft support group. This is the project that caused the mess up at WM over the weekend. Half a yard of pillow panels and a couple packs of bias tape. I did the second one this afternoon. Now DD wants to wear both of them when she helps me cook.

You guys - I had a FIND tonight....sorry but the girls on our cruise are going to clean up! I went to Michael's and got Princess headband crowns, princess sashes and princess crown craft kits....they were 0.10!! I cleaned them out!! I am going to have to pack a suitcase just for goodies!

Just writing to let everyone know we just made it back from COZ ...seems like I have some catching up to do ...Will fill everyone in with details tomorrow had a long flight and im tired ..plus I have a great pic of our ship from outside my hotel balcony that I took when she was in port ....Glad I didnt miss 20k ..lol

Kim - how was wicked? Was it awesome?

The people I was with were crying when they left. It was incredible. The sets were beautiful and the music was incredible. I really wanted to sing along though. I just mouthed the words so people wouldn't hit me. You can buy the book, but the whole experience is so wonderful, I would actually watch it first so you get the whole adventure. What a fun night!

Missed flights twice!!! Yikes!!! That is really bad!

My brother is ALWAYS later for everything! We all have dinner at my parents house every Tuesday evening. Dinner is at 5:15. My Dh, I, our kids, my aunt and my grandfather all are there on time. We don't wait for my DBrother and his wife and kids. He gets annoyed every week because we don't wait. It isn't like he is 5 or 10 min. late...we are usually done eating and have the table cleared and reset! We don't even set it for 12!!!! We set if for 8 then set again for 4! It is usually after 7 when they finally arrive...annoyed with us!
I feel bad for my Mom. She spends all afternoon cooking and they don't show up on time. His wife is a SAHM and he is off work at 4:30...there really is no excuse to always be late!

Good morning everyone! I woke up at 6 worrying about that Ebay auction that I won with the princesses. Well, I checked this morning & still no infro from the seller. I went back further in her feedback & it isn't good for shipping. I filed a claim with PP and if they don't find in my favor, I will dispute with the CC company. So frustrating!!!!

I agree. My DH would love to wring his neck! He actually tries to make us feel bad when he is the one who is being rude!
