They announced Disney Visa discounts for package stays through December if anyone has one. I expect that AP/FL rates to be out by the end of the week.

I called again this morning thinking something would open up at CR or GF and nothing yet. Hopefully when the codes come out they will open up more rooms.

Lisa - is it possible to make dinner res at Palo for a party of 4? Do I need both parties res numbers? and if so can the other party also make a res for 4?

Lobster night is on semi formal night right? I hate to miss the show but I think we are going to try for Palo on Sunday night. Monday I was thinking but would like to do brunch that day so I would hate to do brunch and dinner the same day.

You know I noticed at Publix they now have kid's Bonine....didn't look at the ages.

Good Morning Everyone!

I have a slight headache from the change in the weather here but I think it might be worth it. This morning the air actually feel cool and not just hot and muggy. I loved it! It was actually pleasant. I now can’t wait for fall.

DS was very excited this morning because it was backwards day at school. It was probably easier getting him dressed this morning than it has been in months. The only issue we had was that he insisted that he put his sandals on the wrong feet. I tried to convince him but was adamant. He puts them on the wrong feet half the time now so I guess it won’t hurt him to do it again today.

He seemed to be in a really good mood. After I dropped DD off at the class I went back to check up on him to say a final goodbye (their classes are across the hall from each other) and he was building something with Legos with some other boys. I heard on of them do the “you not my best friend anymore” thing and then DS and another boy got into the “better than you” game this time over toothbrushes. You know how it goes: I have a Power Ranger toothbrush. Well, I have a Tigger toothbrush so there…. All this drama already….and these are the boys!

DS was also very chatty this morning in the car and he wanted to talk about Disney….that’s my boy! He was telling me that he wanted to go back and watch that parade (MGM) and eat a Mickey bar like we did on our last trip. Well I just had to inform him that they had Mickey Bars on the Mickey Boat and that he could have one every night for dessert if he wanted one. The look on his face was priceless. Does anyone know if you can get the Mickey Bars by the pool or from room service or is it only in the dining rooms at dinner?

Of course DS also had to pour on some Mommy guilt. He was asking when he could come to my work and visit again and I told him I didn’t know when but not today. He then told me that he missed me everyday when I went to work. It just breaks your heart. Of course thankfully he followed up with a big “I love you Mommy” and then went back to talking about other stuff. Of course now I can’t get him out of my head….I guess that was the idea, huh?


V - I think the kids Bonine is for ages 6 and up.

Wow Becka - I know what you mean about drama....I overhear that kid of stuff everytime I pick up Samantha....these kids!

Well I just looked at the updated DD menu's and Angie was right - YUM! I can't wait....I am now going to search for some spa villa info....I remember Jordan saying how awesome it was last time.

I've seen those rates but if I book one way ,can I go back in later and make it a round trip or will my ticket always be stamped "Suspicious" b/c it is a one way ticket? Know what I mean?

Also - do you fly out of Baltimore or Allentown? Someone mentioned Allentown being better. I've never flown out of there. Do you know anythign about it?

And final question - are you guys flying out Friday? B/C do you realize that we're at the Residence Inn also so we may actually see each other from Baltimore that Friday!!!

Oh, the timing....I was looking at the kids navigators from the May DD and it looks like there is an activity at the club that starts at 7:15, so I was thinking 7:30 or so for us to try to schedule dinner. We will be at DL the night we can schedule online. We should be back at the hotel before midnight, even though the park is open until midnight, so I can get on line right away and git-r-done. (I do have some southern roots also.)

becka - they probably don't know what they're doing...I saw a coffee mug in a catalog yesterday that said "I see DUMB people" - how true!! (present company excluded, of course!!!)

oh - and I like Foxworthy, too. Ron White totally cracks me up, too!! Have you gotten any of the cd's, though?? Don't let the kids hear them - they are NOT censored!!

If there are 4 people in the stateroom, you will be able to make a Palo resie for 4 people. If there are only 2 people in the stateroom, you will only be able to make a resie for 2. Each room can make a resie for dinner, brunch, & tea.
