What about the braiding? I would like that done for a few days, but I hate that I cannot get her hair clean after a few days, and I don't want that for formal night.... Can you tell I am still stunned?

The braiding is for anyone and is done by the pool.

One of Disney's big things is theradult exclusive area and one of the biggies is the spa/salon. I never really gave it much thought because it did not really have an impact on me but I have read that there are no exceptions except for the teen specials they will do on occassion. Since you are conc. I guess it would not hurt to see if they could come to your stateroom to do this but I would not count on it. Do we have any hairdressers in our group that could do it for you?

Kim, we watched a show on the discovery channel the other night about the two canyons in UT. I think that one was Bryce? It was beautiful! I told DD that you guys lived in the same state.

Yes, we have beautiful natural scenery! Bryce, Zions, Arches, Slick Rock, Moab, Dead Horse Point (where Tom Cruise did the opening scenes of mission impossible), all the stuff you saw on the olympics, Indian Reservations, Monument Valley, just not a lot of people. But, that's kind of why I like it. I used to live in Tokyo, lots of people there....

Get out! Are you serious? I am going to have to put rollers in my DD hair myself? ARGGGGG. On all the RCCL cruises, we just had the salon do her hair. You can't see it in her picture, but it has only been trimmed in the last 6 years, so it is very long...

Really Really Adults Only? How can that be on a Disney Cruise? Can you tell I am stunned? Do you think the concierge people do hair? It is our #1 fight every morning.

Yes, I would NOT kid you about that. I am just glad that you said something now & not wait until you board & find out. Maybe we can work on the girl's hair together? Power in numbers. You know.....K look at how well S is sitting there letting her mother curl her hair.

Yes, have the concierge make an apointment on the ship for you for Tuesday after formal night. Don't get it done in one of the ports...stick with the ship.

I will have the curling iron & some pins to hold the curls in place. Hot rollers don't do any good. Her hair is beatiful when I put regular rollers in it but she sleeps on those. Lisa, If I partially dry her hair, I can put it in the squishy plastic perm rollers and let it dry in the sun and it will be fine. She hates sleeping in the, but I have a ton of these things if y'all want me to bring them all. They are really long and you just twist them together when you are done. So the hair only rolls on top of itself a few times.

OK, we will have to strategize. LOL! Amy, you, & me with the girls sitting around the dining room table in your living room area working on their hair keeping each other calm. I don't think any of them like having their hair brushed. I am bringing pink nail polish.

Actually I am big into pedicures and maincures. My DW and I go together and I'm usually the only male in the place

I had the hot stone massage last time and it was nice of course I don't have any comparison because it was my first ever spa treatment. A lot of the reviews on the spa services are pretty hit and miss. I think I am going to get a mani/pedi here at home before the cruise and then see if there are any good specials I might want to try.
