We love Rach too! I have made some of her recipes, brownies, pastas... yummo! I get her new magazine too, I really like it! The first thing Sophia asks is what's on cooking when she goes to watch to TV.

DS asks why RR goes so fast. I tell him it is because she doesn't have any kids running in asking for something every five minutes or fighting in the other room.

Wasnt on the DD it was just a Western in June ...we were a small bunch of DISer's , thats why we had the meet and greet in our Suite (walt) about 40 in total if you included the kids and so forth ....

Thanks good Virginia got a backbone, I did not like Sarah as a person. Does Virginia deserve to be there, maybe not, but she had better step it up. Heather is the technical chef, Virginia will be a whiz at giving a restaurant a theme/and overall essence, she is a thinker not a doer. Keith is the muscle, he is who you want as your head line chef, he will crank it out and get the people feed. If these three weren't competing they might make a good team.

BTW - on what I have read so far . . . love science fiction and Star Trek - all varieties. Don't watch much these days though. Used to read a LOT of SF and Fantasy literature. But, because of time and you guys, I don't read much these days

Also love the food network. One of our TV's always seems to have it on. Our favorite right now is "Ham on the Street". Hilarious.

Oh yeah...they think that resies open up online at 12 midnight ET.

They also called the online booking system "hassle free." Anything that requires me to stay up at 3 am to make the reservations that I want, is far from "hassle free."

I'm so glad I'm a west coaster. I don't have to stay up until 3am for ressies. I would if I had to, but my family probably wouldn't like me too much for the rest of the day.

Nope! She wont even eat an ice cream cone. That is what snapped the last tooth. She isn't biting into anything. She rips off little pieces & shoves them to the back of her mouth.

DD and DH LOVE the food channel. I have been asking them about all these people you are talking about. DH says he would marry Rachel Ray, DD says she does not want Rachel Ray to be her mommy. They should really be chatting on this one. DD like Elden that does feasting on asphault, he is also the host of iron chef I am told...

I dont stay up. I just set my alarm to get up a little before 2 (I am on Central time). Of course, with this group I can imagine there will be lots of posting going on that night so maybe I will have to stay up until then.
