I am currently creating a power point presentation for my class. I keep flipping back to this site to add my two cents. I think I am doing more typing on the dis than I am doing on my project.

That is sweet! My DH has been so wonderful to me while I am taking this class. I do know that he has zero interest in the computer!

Well that is my problem. DH only has a brother - another thing I can blame my MIL for. I guess I need to double my efforts. I will need to make sure he is trained well enough to go get me my drinks from the bar on the cruise without having to ask twice.

On our 4 night cruise I did not have one CM ask me if I wanted a drink except for our servers.

Yes, good news! The shirts finally arrived! To be fair, I only ordered 2 lime green, but 1 white with the same pattern. DH is not going to wear lime green. Too sensitive about his red hair..... I am sure I would hear some christmas tree comment the minute I popped that shirt out. He actually, and it is a good thing, has no problem with girls with red hair, he is just sensitive about his own...

Geesh....if this isn't an indication of how crazy my life has been. To my credit...I just finished approving my staff's leave plans for the rest of the year and I had my leave plan dates in my mind. That's why Dec. 8 was fresh in my mind.

Terminal parking is just $10 for the night, what a deal, lol.

Is there a problem with a red head wearing lime green? I like to wear lime green and I own lots of stuff in that color and I have never been compared to a Christmas tree.

I'm glad I can provide the humorous relief to you guys....but if you see a lady in a green T laying by the terminal door early in the AM on DEC. 9 (!) will you think it is a homeless person or just little old me?!!! I'd almost hire someone to lay there just to get a laugh out of you guys!!!

Becka, no. He is just overly sensitive about his own. He married a redhead and had a redhedded child. He grew up in a small town as the ONLY redhead and was teased unmercifully. So he is really really cautious about every color he wears. He won't wear green at all because he feels like he is wearing christmas colors. He is getting better slowly, but wow he is limited in the colors he will wear. It took me 2 years to get him out of grey and black only. He looks great in creamy yellow, but it took 16 years. Lime green might be a few more....

So he is really really cautious about every color he wears. He won't wear green at all because he feels like he is wearing christmas colors. I am sorry. I know all about the teasing that comes with being a redhead. Thankfully I have mostly come to accept my hair color but for so many years I HATED it. However, I do love green. It is my favorite color and I think it is one of the better colors on a redhead.

DH really wanted DD to have red hair but deep down I was glad she does not. I like my hair now but I didn't want her to have to deal with the teasing that comes with it.

Eric Stolz my heart be still. I love red hair on a man! Plus, DD got the most beautiful shade of red hair. I took her into my hairdresser and said. Make mine look like hers, (cause mine kind of dulled over the years), she looked at me like I was crazy and said if I could do that I would have a million dollars. I have had complete strangers come up to me on the street and ask me what color I use. I always tell them "Hickman (my maiden name) red". It always confuses them for a minute. I have also had hairdressers tell me the same thing. When I was a kid I didn't get it but like I said as I have gotten older I know how many people would kill for my hair color.

It's not a red head thing but a teasing thing. I still won't wear capri's because of "flood pants" teasing I got as a kid.

And another thing. DH has auburn hair now but it used to be red. He has always looked great in muted yellows and greens.
