I also forgot to mention that DH keeps asking me exactly how many people are in our little group? I think he is getting concerned that he might get lost. ;) He was wondering if this was about the largest coordinated DIS group on a cruise. I figured the repo cruises were probably pretty big and I didn't know how big the May DD cruise group was but I told him we might be in the running. :)
We had about 170 something on the 2004 10 Christmas Cruise. It was alot of fun. Of course not everyone participates in everything, but we had LARGE groups at sailaway, for a photo in the atrium, etc.

:ssst: I'm being very very quiet. :ssst:
I finally found a skirt for formal night at Hancock Fabrics. Some assembly required. It will be the right size and elastic waist so "slimming" assistance will not be necessary. Shirts and tops are easier to find so there won't be a problem there.

Now I just need shoes. SIZE 10 anybody!

Becka, I'm sorry you're feeling better. It's been fun having you around during the day.

Big foot here.... (oh wait that's my DD; she's an 11)
I was thinking we could all right down our dress shoe sizes and colors and swap them each night so that i don't have to bring 7 pairs with me.

87Heel - did you know that the ship is actually NOT black? It is a very dark blue. :) Seriously!

You said it!!!! I always have a ton of shoes!!!

I am 7 - 7 1/2. I pack a suitcase full of shoes for DD & I. Of course, on this trip we will need sneakers too for the mayan tour so add that to the mix. DS will need his brown sandals, water sandals for the beach, & dress shoes (black for the suit & brown for the khakis)....and the sneaks.

A man must have painted it. There is not a man alive today that can distinguish between dark blue and black! :rotfl:

Stolen from the "Who LOVES formal night". Todds family DH, DW, and DS, DS are going to give us quite a standard to live up to. I hope I'm not teasing too much. Now I'm being quiet.:ssst:

Family? What family? Oh, look, there was a husband and a couple sons in that photo, too. Didn't notice them before. I'm going to go take a cold shower, now.

We like formal night, I bring my tux, DW wears something formal and black...but just didn't turn out like it did for the attractive couple from Vegas.

Yup, can't tell you how many times I've come to work to be told I have one blue and one black sock on :teeth: (Did I tell you my undergraduate degree was in Art?).

Off to a school board meeting. Have fun guys, and don't get in trouble :rolleyes1

I agree he does sound a little creepy. I hope DW takes it in fun, she deserves all the compliments that come her way.

I got a pirate costume for me and DD today at the Old Navy. They were having clearance sales. I have a gap card and Old Navy sent me a bag "stuff the bag and everything inside is 20% off." I stuffed my bag alright!! I got loads of stuff but I will make a pretty good pirate.
Brandi, what kind of pirate costume did you get at Old Navy?

Great job on snagging that sale! :thumbsup2

Morning all!! Wednesday - yippee!!

Well my dad is checking with his time share thingie to see if he can trade his points (or whatever they do) for the cruise. There is definitely availability which kind of surprises me. (still keeping fingers crossed for a FL discount!!)

Not much else - I know it's still a bit away but I am ready to go right now!
I noticed that our cruise was discounted at one time on the USAA travel website. They must be having trouble getting it full.

Is way to funny. You mean we need dressup shoes too Lisa, Come on I never saw were it said we couldn't wear flip flops to dinner

I know I have to find dinner cloths still and Then a pair of shoes I will never wear again, so not fair. :rotfl2: I am making DH buy pants when we go to the baseball game just becouse I can never get him to go to spokane with me, I like to spend all day shopping. :cool1:

Who cares if it's under a formal gown.
I plan to wear my Spongebob slippers.

Theonlything I have for pirate night is a shirt, Oh ya I have an old pair of black capris that I can cut up and make pants. DH will be wearing a pirate frown will that work?
