I think my cruise planning has become an obsession... DH informs me that I was talking about the cruise in my sleep last night. Saying stuff like "No that's already booked on the cruise."

I had quite a dream the other night. I was resting one afternoon in an aft porthole room and DH came in to ask if I had seen the waves. I had been rocking a bit but nothing worse than we have had before with 20+ foot swells. Well, he turned on the bridge cam on the TV and opened the curtains. There were waves breaking over the top of the entire ship & the water was hitting our deck 7 window. I don't remember being too freaked out about it but thinking about it now isn't very calming.

Hi! May name is Tavia a.k.a. Castlepixie and my family & I will be joining you on the 12/9 Double Dip! We booked in January & our 2 DDs have no idea! We are also bringing two more families with us. We will be letting the surprise out to the kids this Friday night at a BBQ. I have been lurking a long time on this thread so I thought it was time to introduce myself.

I have a relative who did the DD on 5/27. He said it was one of the best DCL cruises he ever took. That makes me really excited! Glad to finally be a part of this thread!!

Karen - we should get together sometime. We could meet for dinner or whatever! We live 45 min from Harrisburg.

We are also interested in the Baltimore Aquarium meet if anyone else wants to go there.

Brandi - if we ever get our pool surroundings to not look like a mud pit - we'll have you over for dinner and swimming some weekend!!!

Morning everyone!!!! What a weekend!!

Despite the heat and my drippy ice cream - it was so great to meet Kristina, Andy, Devon and their "girls". Kristina was so sweet to bring me 3 bags from B&BW!!! Thanks Kristina!!!! Hope you guys had a safe trip home. I headed back home and jumped in the pool!

Happy Monday Everyone. This is VBS week at our church. I know this will be a busy week for the teachers but I am praying that the kids all have a great week! I still need to get a few minor things together. Again - have a great day!

Oh My Goodness! I posted at about 7:15 this morning. Imagine my surprise when I logged back on at 3:33 and there were no posts since mine this morning. Is everyone working??? I saved us. We were one place away from being on the second page!!!!!

VBS went really well this morning. The kids are great!

We are currently having a down pour with a thunderstorm to boot!

I have been here on & off today but nothing exciting to share. The kids & I had a family meeting this morning. DS & I talked last night & went over everything with DD. We are going to try something new. The kids start out with 20 points when they get up in the morning. If they call the other a name, pinch, hit, roll their eyes, etc...they lose a point. They can make up points by doing a chore. So far it is one of our better days. We want to stop the yelling...by everyone!

Tynkerbell, I saw you asking about dining rotation. Do you know that we are linking dining as a group. I will be contacting someone with DCL to coordinate this. I should probably send out an email asking for everyone interested for their info so that I can fill out the paperwork.

Happy Monday! I hope everyone is off to a great week and had a fun Father's day! We visited DD at Grandma/Grandpa camp in Tifton GA. (Only 5 more hours to WDW!)

We have been traveling with our cat so we can give him daily insulin shots. DC is doing really well with the 3-4 hour drive without much whining and no pooping. Gooood Cat.

It's great to see the new names on the board. I'll be looking for you on the website.

It was nice to see all the "welcomes" from you all! Right now I am getting all the decorations for our "Surprise We're Going on a Cruise" BBQ for 6/23. We are decorating in a tropical theme! I can hardly wait to tell our girls..keeping a secret this huge is too hard. I am quite a bit like all of you, not an hour goes by without thinking about this cruise. Once the kids find out, the cruise madness will get much worse!

I was checking during the day, but with two of my staff gone today, I was up to bat on the sales floor.

Lisa, great idea for the kids, they will have a scale to judge themselves against and work toward improvement!

Goodness! Where is Jordan when hockey stuff is going on? LOL! I never knew that the Hurricanes were even doing well this year & here they go & win the Stanley Cup. That's pretty good, eh?

I received another email from David today. There are bathrooms, Tynk.

When we depart from th port ,we have to use only the port transportation,thats why the prices are different ,so far those troubles has been in the distance.
and ,yes ther are facities in both places in the Cats and the site ,beside I have a another place in case we need it before,.
I ll be your guide in either departing places ( the port or Mahahual )but willbe better if we have those 30 paxz ,you mention before ,even if we have less.the second option will be Ivan ,my partner.
So ,let me know ,Port or Cats ,your people dont have to worry.

Lisa - I like the points idea. I really hope it works out for them. Is there a reward for gaining or keeping x amount of points? Can they bank them for say a week and then trade them for something special?
