Hi everyone,
I'm still here! Even though I have not posted or read for weeks. At some point I will need to get caught up, but it may take me awhile to do that.
Sounds like we have lost some people - sorry to hear that.
Sounds like there is a meet for Friday night - glad to hear that
I may finally be wrapping up an over 8 month union negotiations . . . within the next two weeks the employees will be voting on their tentative agreement, and I am keeping my fingers crossed - especially since we are leaving for a 12 day WDW and VBR vacation on the 18th - why do my vacations constantly hang in the balance of these negotiations?
Hey Jordan, going to see the Indians play the Bosox at the Jake tomorrow night in a suite with the whole family courtesy of the law firm that handled our negotiations! Wahoooo!
We had a busy week this last week with Pascha (Orthodox Easter) - lots of quality time in church at the biggest celebration of the year for us. The Orthodox church is often called the church of the resurection, and we have services throughout Holy Week.
My mom is out of the hospital, but still cannot walk due to severe arthritis and weakness in her one knee. She is still using a catheter. Amy's mom is living with us while she recuperates from knee replacement surgery - because we have facilities all on one floor. The puppy gets "fixed" tomorrow. Our school levy is on the ballot next week. Oh, and did I mention Sophia lost one of her front teeth this morning?
Lisa, let William know I yanked it with dental floss as it was hanging by a thread just like his was!
Hope everyone has been well, and had a joyous Easter!
Christos Anesti! (Christ is Risen!)
John
