So who is still sailing with us on the 12/8/07 trip? We have it almost covered $$ wise and since it is my family trip we will be keeping this one and then working on paying for the Westbound.

No, it means that if you transfer it to Dreams you need to give them permission to transfer it without being able to notify you of the price beforehand. You will keep the OB discount & credit.
