No plans here either. I think I'll just cook up a lean cuisine for me and corn dogs for the kids. They can eat fancy stuff in a few days, right?

Because I am a planning geek, I was looking up the customs info:

You must declare all articles acquired during your trip and in your possession at the time of your return.
This includes:
Articles presented to you while abroad, such as wedding and birthday presents or inherited items.


Ummmm, so on an official document, we will have to list "lime green leis, decks of cards, smiley stuff, stocking, pirate trinkets, pencils, keychains, etc." Value: Priceless.

OMG Marielle - we will surely be on every wanted list ever created!!!

My mom has started her trip down to FL. (She going to my DSF's DD house near the VA/NC border tonight.)

She dropped off our pirate garb at my house. I haven't seen it yet (won't get back from the gym/horse farm till 8:00 ish but if you guys hear screaming it's not good. (ok Karen and Charlotte may hear me)

Can't wait to hear from you...perhaps literally!!!!

I'm in packign avoidance or packing denial mode.

One moment I go up there and say " THere aren't too many suitcases!!!"

The next moment I cringe at how many suitcases are lined up in my hallway.

Everybody is running last minute errands or they are already on the road. It is kind of sad to be one of the last one's here....

We leave Friday AM so THursday night will be my last night posting.

Our stateroom has changed again.

It looks like we will get to join the ranks of streaking children on deck 6. Actually we have had at least 3 different room numbers today. No telling what will happen tomorrow. At last inspection we were in 6050.

Everybody who can check! I'll bet a lot of upgrades have come through!

If you can't find us on the ship we'll be the ones wandering from door to door trying the room key to see if it works. I just hope our luggage, tux, stateroom decorations, and UPS shipment find us.

Anyone else feeling super stressed out and sick to their stomach? I don't know why I'm feeling this way, I'm so excited the time is almost here but yet I'm starting to feel overwhelmed like I'm just not ready and can't be ready by tomorrow night!

Andy - do you think TSA will allow me to bring yours and Kristina's button bag in my carryon? If so, I can give you teh buttons in the airport. Otherwise you'll have to wait till we get to the terminal....and I know you're just dyingto see these. (I'll say it for you.... NOT!)

We had gourmet Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches! It was so cold, we needed comfort food

DH has a work dinner, so he's eating well. 2 kids got grilled cheese (because that's how much bread and cheese was left). We're practically scavenging for food because I'm trying to avoid buying anything that won't be used before we leave. There's no OJ and no milk and no diet soda (our addiction) so I will have to break down tonight and get a few things.
