I was thinking about that today PJ, how I'm excited about this trip being so close but also kind of sad that it will all be over in a few weeks and then we won't have this thread buzzing anymore. I'm really going to miss all the cruise planning with all of you.

It really does not have to end. We can continue to post, share our family triumphs and trials and most of all share the laughs that get me through some days.

Ok does anyone know of Rawleigh's Antiseptic Salve. (yellow and red tin)

I have a tin that my dad bought decades ago at a military base, and now I need to get more and can't find it in any stores. I found it on a website but would love to pick it up when in the US if possible.

A little dose of some reality from Dody . . . we did do some pretty stupid things as kids (boys) including all of the above and worse. Used to set the ground on fire with gas and roll on it to put it out. Used firecrackers in ways you could not imagine, etc., etc. . .

That being said, we live in different times. Oklahoma City, Suicide Bombers, and on and on. I still think someone should check it out.

Anyway . . . I just noticed, "reuseable bomb"? Kind of an oxymoron . . .

Let me clarify this....

There was a boy in John's neighborhood that was always bragging about how he knew how to put out fires. This boy would tell them to light the ground on fire and he would put it out. So.... John and his buddies would light the ground on fire and watch the kid roll around on it until it was out.
I don't think I need to mention it... but the boy was not all there. ( I know that is not politically correct, sorry).

Thank goodness John has grown out of this phase... it was over 35 years ago....

Nevertheless, Kim I would speak with someone in regards to this little boy, I think there is a lot of anger building up inside of him and he needs to find an outlet for it. The positive... someone is bringing him to church!

Well in case you have not guessed I am back.

I like the highlights I had done - very natural looking and I had about 3 inches cut off. My hair feels so much lighter just from that little bit. Sorry I can't join the bad haircut club.

That can't happen until the next day when you don't have the stylist to fix it.

I then needed to run by the grocery store for milk the night before an ice/snowstorm. What a madhouse and they were out of so much. They didn't even have much milk left. I managed to get most of what I came for before going home. The weather is already getting really nasty and we have not seen anything yet.

I always worked for law firms and never any need to renew books there but people always act guilty around me. In fact, I always have overdue books. Woodstock is the only enlightened public library I know where they don't collect overdue fines.
