The comments have more to do with Disney than cruising Patsy.

To a lot of the people I know, Disney is just a "kid" thing, something you are either supposed to grow out of, or stop doing after you do it once with your kids.

That's one of the reasons why I appreciate the Morks and Brack so much. I want to grow up and be like Dennis and Brack.

I don't think I'll ever outgrow Disney. I know some people think I'm a big dork for being a grown adult and acting like a child at christmas when Disney is mentioned. My first trip to Disneyland was when I was 20 so I never even became a Disney fan until I was an adult.

Caroline - I called DCL for you and they did have 1 Category 3 available for me. Maybe they just don't want you to know about it since you are so big on breaking maritime laws! ;)

But it would keep me from breaking those laws. ;) I'm just trying to do the right thing. :teeth:

Doesn't she know that if she is so busy she can't get to you the first night that she pays double the second night, etc... :teeth:

I like that she believes it is because of how she was acting yesterday. Should keep her straight today! :thumbsup2

The thing I see with Disney is that it is for the kid in everyone and its reliable to the responsible adults in us. We look to Disney to be consistent and dependable, safe, if you will. Go to a normal timeshare or go to another theme park and you may be very disappointed. To me Universal does not have the attitude that I feel when we are WDW; its more take your money and your on your own. Disney finds ways to welcome you in in every area of the park.

Am I wrong? :confused3

DH and I were watching some travel channel show about other cruise lines once, and even though we've never cruised before we both agreed that we would never want to cruise any line other than Disney, even when we're older and traveling without the kids. There's just something, shall I say, Magical, about Disney that no other company can recreate.

I don't know what brand they were... I couldn't get past the first trial pair I got after my exam. One eye had a toric lens but that lens was fairly easy to put in, it was the super thin flimsy lens that I could never get used to, just kept popping out of my eye no matter what I did. :confused3

mmm yes the really thin ones are an itch to put in. (like acuvue)

i was using biomedics lenses which are a little thicker and i really liked them. They had a slight tint also which made them easy to locate if they fell on the counter. (it did not effect eye color though) They are two weeks disposables.

Then since i usually sleep with my lenses in, this year the eye dr started me on Day & Night brand lenses. They are a little pricier but they let more oxygen pentrate through the lens and my eyes are not as dry as they used to be.

I been wearing contacts since HS.

I can tell you if the lens was falling out of your eye or moving around, then it wasn't the right fit.

You know sometime it takes the fairy a day or two to collect all the teeth that fall out. She could have been taking a sick day. :rolleyes1

Once in awhile, the tooth fairy is unable to do her job because a child's bedroom is so messy that she can't get through and decides to try again another day. :rolleyes1

Guess that is what we will be getting soon. First some storms, but still kinda warm. Then a big chill, but not as bad as you. Of course the lower temps get here in time for DD's parade. :sad2:

Hey Becka, it's not even noon and we are a third of the way to our first 1000. Maybe, just maybe... :goodvibes

Hmmmm, my friend sent me a really cute e-mail about kids and God...

Six-year-old Angie and her four-year-old brother, Joel , were sitting together in church.

Joel giggled, sang, and talked out loud.

Finally, his big sister had had enough.

"You're not supposed to talk out loud in church."

"Why? Who's going to stop me?" Joel asked.

Angie pointed to the back of the church and said,

"See those two men standing by the door?

They're hushers."

A father was at the beach with his children when the four-year-old son ran up to him, grabbed his hand, and led him to the shore where a seagull lay dead in the sand.

"Daddy, what happened to him?" the son asked.

"He died and went to Heaven," the Dad replied.

The boy thought a moment and then said,

"Did God throw him back down?"
