OUR DOCUMENTS HAVE ARRIVED!!!!

Our TA said our docs arrived yesterday... he's supposed to have overnighted them so we should get them today. With as incompotent as our TA is though I'll believe it when the docs are in my hands.

OK this one reminds me of a story.

Back when I was home full time I was Quilting and selling Tupperware and the UPS delivery truck was a regular visitor at my house. I got to know the driver, talk about eye candy, Dave, pretty well. He was kind of like Kronk, strong, young, good looking.

Yes, DH you are still better looking.

Anyhow, eventually he was transferred to another route and things were going along normally. The family and I saw him in a Blockbusters one night. He said "hello", we said "hello". We talked about the route change and that he hasn't been around.


Then he asked......
























"Have you been getting serviced well since I left?"

All three of us, Me, DH, and UPS guy Dave got it at the same time.

Are you sure you don't have pneumonia Pj? Do you have asthma - I get those crackles. What have you been taking? Do your lung(s) hurt/ache?

I've been told crackling usually means bronchitis or pneumonia... get to a doctor PJ!

....My eyes rejected contacts two years ago, so I could not longer wear contacts......

Just got back from the eye doc yet again. I was beginning to think this was the case for me, too.....that my left eye had just said "enough" to wearing contacts. But, they now think it's an eye infection, not the toric lens causing the redness. I'm not supposed to wear them for two weeks. Not a happy camper here. Hate wearing my eyeglasses.


So, anyone that downgraded to a Cat. 12 Gty......do you have assigned rooms now? Did they assign you Cat. 11's?


I keep telling myself that the extra $$ is a good thing (DH's new company).....but it took all my willpower to downgrade. Me no like one bathroom for the four of us. We've gone from a Cat. 2 last cruise to a Cat. 12. Yes, my name is Charlotte and I've been spoiled.

TF clears things with mom and dad first, of course. She leaves the kids at our house a quarter (really!) even though the going rate among their friends is $2-$5.

I know! The only time they get $5 is when the TF doesn't have a $1 handy!

Ha! This happened to the TF at our house a few months ago. DH only had a $5 in his wallet one night when youngest DS's tooth came out. Next morning, he thought he'd hit the TF jackpot!

Not yet. Just checked a bit ago. Still in GTY status.


I know it was the right thing to do for us with all the start-up costs......but I'm having bathroom overcrowding panic. I may have to use one of the public bathrooms for make up.

I have it charging right now. I think I will give to her when we get to the hotel as an early Christmas present.

So, I should be packing, going to the bank for tip money, etc. -- but noooooo.....I'm trying to catch up a bit here.


The one thing I'm a teensy bit worried about is the box of DIS goodies I had shipped to the warehouse. It has our old stateroom # on it. But, it has the correct ressie #.....so, I'm hoping they'll find us somewhere on the ship.

Do you think I should call the warehouse once I have (if I have) the stateroom # and see if they can find it and change it on the box? Or is that too much to hope for?

Two questions as I try to catch up...

1. Do you people NOT have things to do...pack?!!! Iron cruise clothes??!!! get Christmas stuff done?!!! I have 30+ pages to catchup on!!! Geesh!!!

2. Is there some mathmetical correlation between going on vacation and work crap....meaning bosses asking you to do unbelievable things in unreasonable turn around times and everyone else asking you to finish stuff before you leave? Huh, Becka? Mathematical correlation?
