Morning Everyone!

I am actually at home today. I feel absolutely miserable and it takes all of my energy to just walk across the room. I had to walk in here to get some more Kleenex so I decided to sit down and DIS for a few minutes until I have enough energy to walk back to the couch.

I don't have a clue what is wrong with me but I have fever, sore throat, congestion, ear pain, headache, general body aches, etc.. and I am starting to wonder if I am getting the flu. I really hope not because I NEED to be better in 10 days when we leave. Plus, I don't want to give this to anyone else in the family.

Becka, go to the doctor today so that they can help you get better ASAP. It sounds like the fluee....just like what DH went thru for 5-6 days. If they confirm that it is the flu you should be able to get something for your family to stop it at the first sign.

Just because you need another one.

Okay, well today I think I broke all of the commandments of shopping and now I'm suffering for it.

1. Never never try on fitted dresses during PMS sorry guys I didn't know what else to call it That little (figure of speech) ol' size that you hate being in in the first place goes up when you are bloated. Also when the heck did I get kankles..or something pretty darn close to it. Those cute little flirty shoes just didn't cut it either as they cut into said kankles or what is pretty close to them. I think that's up there with that back stuff.

2. Never try on flirty little shoes when it has been way too long since you had a pedi. Having a guy as the salesperson made it worse. Can dry heel skin rip a ped?

Just a side observation - Why do all of the size 0 teens looking for some winter soiree all seem to come out at the same time you are cursing trying to reach the zipper in the dress.

3. Solo dress trying on is great so no one can see you sink to the lows of lows but it sure helps to have someone to zip up the dresses. #3 is - it is impossible to turn the dress around so the back zip is in the front and spin it around (ala a bra - KWIM). First of all the zip won't go up all the way due to the you know - those things that shall not be named are problematic on a good day but PMS - OY and then you still have the same issue trying to twist it back around half zipped just pathetic

Basically I could go on and on and on. Hours later it took me way to long to accomplish this shopping task so I cursed myself and left to head home calling DH for a consoling voice to say sign me up to the gym and he replied "Uhm it's 1 minutes to the end of the game the Patriots are leading..." Yeah, that's when I said the heck with it and went to the Wendy's drive thru. I rarely even eat fastfood but there was no Starbucks around.


Okay - so that was my day. I still have a lot of work work to do vs. cruise work. I have all of that as well. DH started his packing and that would be a whole other post.

aww...I would laugh, but I know how you feel! I went bra shopping - tried on at least 2 dozen and snuck away 'cause I was so embarrassed and none of them fit right!!

I am trying to catch up but I think I am going to have to go back to bed for a while. I think I may be catching up in 10-15 page increments.

The newbie (maybe not so newbie now) princessy (?) I am trying to catch up and I get confused when people posted a reply to her but her posts appear to have been edited. Did I miss something or is the fever just playing tricks on me?

I hope I didn't say this already...but I have to call my doctor again tomorrow. My sinus infection is not any better. My left ear is still totally blocked. I am starting week number 4!!!! This must get cleared up before I leave. I do not want to fly with this pressure. It might kill me!!!!

Well, I have been playing with the kid's doorsign tonight switching the edges to the feathered look & adding a few pictures. Here it is. Now I need to decide which one to use!

This trip will be our first trip on Goofy's Barnstormer. Last trip Jake was too little and he really wanted to ride it. This trip...we are doing the coaster!!!!!

LOL! I think that I have created a monster!!! DD has put the Christmas stickers on the outside of the envelopes to mail along with the return label. She has also put the return labels on the inside of the DIS cards.

Yesterday when I went out on errands she dusted downstairs (as well as a 6 yo can ), made her bed & ours, & attempted to straighten up her room. Of course the chances of being successful with that were slim since I had her possible cruise clothes on the floor & bed. Today when I came in from getting us lunch she was sweeping the kitchen floor. Pretty good job too!

Have we found out exactly what time we dock in Cozumel yet ?? I have heard conflicting times.... As far as a meeting place , I would say just as you walk off the gangway we will meet there ...Once everyone is there me and the other drivers will lead and the rest can follow ...as far as what time , again I am unsure of the docking time and going ashore time ..

So are we drivers special?
