has anyone done the CC cabana massage (couples) is it worth $278 for 50 min? I have it booked but I guess I thought it was at least an hour. We did the couples massage on the ship and I would not do that again simply because the room was soooo small.

I still can't get over the fact that a couples massage costs more than 2 single massages. :confused3

Alright.... who's kid gave mine the 103 degree fever and headache!??!

He's fell asleep as soon as we got home. I'll be working from home tomorrow... (more Dis time!)

It was probably DS but his fever only got to about 102.5. Sorry! These germs seem to be spreading via computer..... :sad2: The good news is that is seems to be fairly short lived.

I hope he feels better soon! :goodvibes

Had to find the armadillo info because I also associated the armadillo with Texas more than Florida. So while it certainly exists both places, it is the state mammal of Texas!

You learn something new everyday....

Thanks Angie...I am back - so far no news...but that's always good news right? Ran some tests (blood work) and since it seems to "have gone away" he is really not sure. Maybe I am nuts!!

I called DCL while I was waiting...these are the movies for our cruise:
Cars
Chicken Little
DeJaVu?
8 Below
Narnia
POTC DMC
Santa Clause 3
Shaggy Dog
The Guardian
The Prestige?
The Wild
Stick it?
Step Up?
Invincible

Hmmm, some of those movies seem so old. Not too impressed with seeing any of them onboard, except DMC. ;)

Ohhh, my sis tells me I will like Step Up....(dance)

DD wanted to see that when it was in the theaters but I read a lot of bad reviews about it (that it was badly made, stupid plot, etc).

I did have a cruise nightmare last night. Our inside room was far smaller than I expected and I started feeling claustrophobic. Then we got sick and had to stay quarantined in that little, dark room for the trip and we didn’t even know if it was night or day. I wonder if this is my subconscious trying to tell me I made a mistake by downgrading? :confused3 How dark is the room with all the lights on? Will I need some additional light? I know we will need some night lights when we are sleeping but do you need more during the day? I am glad we saved money but this whole thing is obviously still making me really nervous. I knew what to expect with our previous Cat 9 room and now it is all just a mystery.

I think she's been bribed, Becka. :confused3

I suspected that for a while. :thumbsup2 In fact I offered to pay her more but she says he is paying her so well that I can't match it. :sad2:

$39.29 per bottle for the premium package. 8 of the 16 wines cost more than the $39.29 per bottle for the premium package (8 costs less). Once again it might pay to see if it would be cheaper for you by the bottle depending on your selections.

You've really been thinking about this huh? :lmao:

Actually not really. I just saw a chance to use my math skills and maybe help someone out. I am pathetic that way.... :sad2:

Nice pirate! But just what is that on his shoulder?! :confused3

:confused3 I think it might be his payment for Amy.... :rotfl:

Wanna switch sides Amy? I won't give you a mutated bird/bat/monkey looking thing as payment.... :thumbsup2

Yes, just right into the bag.

All of this wrapping meat thing has me confused. Mine come from the grocery store wrapped up already and I just throw it in the freezer. Is this a stupid thing to do? :confused3 I never knew I was supposed to use freezer bags...... :confused3 :confused3

Dody - re Mario - they did seem a tad ungracious in their loss.

My sisted hasn't seen the movie but several of them I had never heard of so I called to ask her and she said that was a dance movie. I can't wait to see POTC2! We went on opening night but I missed several parts due to bathroom breaks....restless DD, etc.

Well I happened into the dollar store here and guess what...they are closing this store so everything was 10-50% off! They officially close on 12/6. I got Cars and other wrapping paper and this really cool thing for the bathroom shower...it is a hanger thing with three different sized baskets for your soaps, etc...I thought it would be great for the cruise. Lots of candles too! I also got samantha a snorkel mask and two blow up floats. I think they were 0.25! I am going to bring them and cancel one of the float rentals.

Becka - you are so organized! I too have to get the oil changed, get my nails done and order cruise baskets!
Good point on one medium and one small one.

Thought you'd like this info from University of Missouri Extension
http://muextension.missouri.edu/explore/hesguide/foodnut/gh1504.htm

An excerpt:
The store wrap on purchased meats is not meant for long-term freezer storage. Meat frozen in store wrap will suffer freezer burn in a few weeks. This means that air dries the meat and causes loss of flavor. Rewrap or overwrap purchased meats that will be kept frozen longer than two weeks.

I do the same, I have no idea what they are talking about.

::yes:: and I still live here. :sad2:

Did you guys see the picture of that ice rink/daycare this morning. God was surely watching out for all of those kids. It is really a miracle that they all survived.

I'm so excited! Michael's had just what I needed and it was 50% off! Now I can get moving on making cruise goodies!! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
