I'm going to get the princess cars too, but I missed the 20% toy discount, so I am waiting...

I used the $30 off an order of $100 or more and my total for everything was just over $100 so I figure that means I got about 30% off.

They were only $9.50 for 3 cars so I thought that was a good deal.

Brandi, must be a PA thing....our grades (when I was in school were based the 10% ranges...90-100 (A-, A, A+), 80-89 (B-, B, B+), 70-79 (C-, C, C+)...

Ok, my really long post on the Ontario marking scheme, did not load, agh!

But Middle school, the same as Andy. In HS it was a % mark only, each test/assignment/participation had a value towards your finally grade, so one missed assignment would remove the chance of an A in that class. Never saw a teacher give make up work, ever. And we did not have a grade point system either.

In Elementary school, we had four "comments" per subject;
1. Understands and use materials/knowledge well
2. Understands materials/knowledge
3. Needs Impovement
4. Not meeting basic needs of subject
That was it, no letter grade, no % grade nothing. Just an X in one of the boxes with extra free form comments by the teacher.

No, the opposite. I went the more studious direction. Took off slow at first but then I found myself yearning for more knowledge along the way...school work became very important to me, learning new things...

Don't get me wrong...I can listen to some heavy metal...but my tastes in music vary...she probably wishes I was more heavy metal (thats what she grew up on) but I can only take so much!

I'm teasing you Big Guy!!!

Not sure Brandi.

Try closing iTunes, restarting it, and then inserting your next CD. It SHOULD automatically recognize it when inserted - but there is I believe something in Windows that you have to tell it to recognize iTunes as your music player instead of Windows Media player . . . PJ?

Ok Brandi, in Windows Media Player, go to preferences, change those that have WMP as your perferred; player, uploader, etc.

Then go to Itunes, perference and check off your perferred functions in itunes; uploading, playing etc.

It took about 10 min!!!!

My CD is working now. I think it I was getting too pushy. It was still downloading my song.

the ipod has a little orange light lite. That means it is still charging right? So I can't take it off until it is done. When it turns green will all of my new songs be on it?

Brandi, is that little organe lite on the top left side of the ipod? If so, it is a just the colour under your hold switch. If not, is it on the screen? John?

John – No “Price is Right” around here. I think Aaron loves his new camera more than me and the kids combined. He spent hours last night playing around with it. He seems really happy with is so far.

We could have a S3Si, club meeting! Hey, can those who know photography maybe show us newbies some tricks on the cruise? Maybe do a photo meet and shoot?

Brandi has one of the new shuffles - so no screen. I didn't think of the hold switch, but I am sure Brandi is "seeing the light". The shuffles have a light like Brandi is describing to show charging or fully charged.

I'm more than happy to help anyone . . . the only issue is so much of what you can do photographicaly depends on the camera and it's capabilities. There are Sooooooooooo many cameras now, and so many features it makes it really hard to come up with one-size-fits-all techniques.

As an example my Rebel XT takes great pictures at the shows because I can manually set the ISO speed and shutter speed - if you can't do that with your camera, you may not be very happy with your results . . .

Just ask though - I'll help if I can.
