Every year, the JH band goes to NYC to play in the St.Patrick's Day Parade. They also get invited to othe places. Apparently they were invited to Hawaii a few years ago. Their teacher told them this and that the reason they weren't going was because of the price tag. At Back to School Night, the reason she gave us is that she didn't want to be responsible for 100 or so "tween-agers" so far away!

Brandi, they are going somewhere up your way next year. I'll have to ask her exactly where it was again.

I looked at the site but you need the sellers ID to see the products. Going near me...hum...you will have to find out where!!!

I'll fill you in after I get home tonight and make sure I am giving you the right settings Joy. I do use shutter priority (not apeture or auto)- because you want to make sure you use a fast enough shutter speed to freeze action without blur.

One of the most important parts is getting a good seat!

DD got fitted for her marching uniform yesterday. She was excited that she finally reached 100 lbs. If she only knew...

I would love to reach any number close to 100 pounds!!! That would also excite me!

I'M NOT BITING. I need to get out of here. The conference ended a bit early and what do I do come here. I was supposed to go get my allergy shots. 'Heading to get DD early from afterschool and we'll go get shots together. Yippee. Perhaps we'll come back here together?!

Just popping on here to say that I disappeared last night because the stupid modem disconnected. OY! I have been running around today but wanted to let everyone know that I have heard from DCL dining and the final confirmation is being worked on.

I got a call from WDW about the BBB experience. They are going to send Samantha a gift card to use on her next visit. I am very shocked and surprised. The CM was super nice and really really thanked me for my letter.

Pj and John - the new MacBook Pro - like it a lot! I still would prefer a smaller screen since I already have a desktop. I've been using the MacBook. I like it too.
