We are staying 12 nights in June. I purchased a 10 day park hopper with the Waterpark add on thinking that would be plenty. Now thinking we might want 1 more park day. Is there a way to add 1 day on cheaper that buying a 1 day ticket? What is a price bridge?
TIA

Sorry, nothing beyond 10 days except an AP. (Except some 14 day tickets they sell to overseas guests).

Price bridging has to do with the value they assign to your ticket when you upgrade to something else. If you use the ticket at the gate before upgrading, they "bridge" the price you paid to the current price when computing the differential.

No ... 10 days is maximum amount of park days you can have on one ticket. You would have to purchase a separate 1-day ticket to go to parks for 11 days total.

The other alternative is purchasing an annual pass if you thought you would return to WDW within a years' time to get more value out of the pass.

We usually go for about 2 weeks and purchased the 10-day tickets with WF&M and this keeps us busy along with time at the resort pool. Although I understand it be easy to spend more time in the parks by visiting for just part of a day, or heading over for dinner and fireworks, we wouldn't spend the extra $ on 1-day tickets.

Price bridging refers to using a park ticket at least once to get the current park ticket value before upgrading. If you purchased a discounted ticket, you would not be "penalized" for upgrading and would keep the discount you received on the initial purchase.

Thank you. There is quite a price jump from a 10 day hopper to a premium annual pass. Guess we will just have an extra waterpark day in there somewhere. :)

It looks like I will have to choose my waterpark days in advance... 1 can only book 10 days of fastpasses even with a 12 day resort stay correct? Hopefully the weather is nice on my chosen waterpark days....

Honestly, I'd just leave one day open as a down day. Maybe swim and do a nice meal at one of the resorts. It could even be a character meal if you want more Disney vibe. We're touring commandos, but by the middle of the trip we usually need a day to rest our fee.

And yes, it would certainly be nice if they could forecast the weather 60 days out to coincide with the FP window. ;)
