Hi everyone. I hope all is well. Its COLD here in Central PA. The little bit of Snow we got the others day is melting slowley. The boys are so upset. They have lived on the third floor of an apartment all their life ( the whole 7 years)
. We moved into a duplex this past sumer with a huge yard. We bought snow boots and pants and jackets so the boys could play in the snow for the first time. ( no places to go to around our house to even sled) .

So when they woke up Friday expecting school closed ( didnt even have a delay) they were so upset. They had everything out and ready. They just finished lunch and are putting their gear on anyways. There isnt even a 1/4 an inch of snow on the grass. I asked what they were doing . They said they were just going to sit on the ground in the snow. I feel so bad. I had 24 + inches all time when I was in school including my senior year.


My mom sent me some pictures of her and my dad that will be going on the trip with us. I will post here ( can someone tell me again how to do that).

I also would like to get it on the great list with pictures they was sent out. Who should I send the pIc to. My mom got the email but no link to open to see everything. Could it be resent once we add her pic? Thanks Have a great day everyone.

To post photos here go to photobucket.com and open up a free account there. It should tell you how to do it ok, if not i will try to post and talk you through it. have alook first and see if it makes sense to you.

I had a nice visit with your mom last evening on the phone. She is a very nice lady and I am anxious to meet her in November. Maybe sooner if we head down her way sometime.

Good Afternoon ,
Well like everyone else we are heading into a VERY cold next few days here in NY. Well I am feeling alittle better. My back is giving me alot of pain and what does not help it lifting DS. Just relaxing today and doing little chores around the house.
Well DH and his Uncle got my dryer working again so I am happy that I can do some wash again !! Tomorrow we are going to Red Lobster with my family to celebrate my sister graduating from the community college. That is all that is going on here. Well I am off to do wash now!! Talk to you all later!!

Pat: I watch the Foodnetwork too all the time... I Love Everyday Italian and 30 minute meals. I have made mnay meals from the shows and they came out really good .

Bob: I will keep the offer in mind!! You may want to re-think your offer. Your house will be invaded by a toddler !!

The night before stuck with the family in Downtown Disney along with me trying to keep the suprise from the kids till they see the ship the next morning as they think we are driving back to Grandmas house. ( This will be hard for my me and me).

What a nice picture, Marie! I don't how you could possibly keep that secret! I know I couldn't. It's great those that can do it! Of course, you've got your mom and dad to plan with, for me it's just me and the boys! The boys and I keep the excitement going by researching what we what to do and talking, and talking, and talking about it! We also watched the DVDs and knew the layout of the ship fairly well by the time we got on it!

Now, I hear from the boys is Jacob and Hunter going to do that, what's Jacob and Hunter going to do...

Well I have already slipped with the DIsney word so we came up with the plan of spending two nights in the Disney area before the trip. We will drive over on Thanksgiving morning and spend two days looking at resorts( mom and dad have never gotten to see them yet) and go to downtown Disney. We plan to take them to The Rainforest cafe to . They havent been there either.

We figure if we slip with something , they know we are going there so we can try to cover it. It is killing me to keep quiet. The video came in mail yesterday and I said how nice of Disney to just send this. We will have to see about saving up to go ONE DAY.

Any ideas of things we must do while there these two days? I was so excited when I called and found out EVERYTHING was open o Thanksgiving.
We would like to have a nice dinner somewhere. Any idea for that?

Also do you think shopping in Downtown Disney is better on Thanksgiving or Black Friday? Will it just be packed either day?

It is just plain ole freezing out here. Its 3pm and I just started a fire to help keep the family room warm.

If you go on click face recognition then up load a pic of you or anyone. It will show you the celebrities you look like. I laughed soooo hard.

Then try Morphing . It will take you and your husband pic and your childs and tell you who your child looks like more.

It is cold today. But no snow yet

Marie - what a great picture of your parents. Finally, someone who looks about the same age as old Steve and I! You all are going to have so much fun on this cruise together. I enjoyed going with our son and his family. Now we are hoping our daughter will be able to join us. She's booked, but not too sure if she'll be allowed to go. Has something to do with her son's father. Has to have his permission to take the baby out of the US - We'll see.
I hope you can keep your little secret from your boys. We tried to do that with Stacey - we all got so excited about going that someone told her. Now she's working on us to take her on this trip. I'm okay with it, it's her PopPop that she has to convince.

Going to enjoy the fire that Steve built for me! Talk to you later.

Well it is another very cold morning here in NY. Feels like 10 degrees outside. We are going to be like this for afew days. At least we have no snow !!!! Well today we are off to get a birthday gift for DS' girlfriend who is going to be 2 at Toys R US and then we are going out to dinner to celebrate my sister graduating from community college. Good morning everyone:

Well, we dodged the bullet with the snow yesterday. Although it snowed pretty much the entire day, we ended up with only about an inch on the grass but none on the concrete surfaces.

But, this morning it is 18 degrees with a wind chill of 5, so the water on the streets has frozen and caused black ice. So, most churches have cancelled services this morning.

Good Morning Nanas!

It's -1 degree air temp and -18 wind chill here this morning. It is not suppose to get any warmer than -15 wind chill all day.

Still have the extra 3 boys this morning. They didn't want to go home. You here about the house that the kids all want to be at...well I'm afraid mines the one.

Well, I'm going to have to go out and brave the elements to get the newspaper.

Stay warm. Not much else going on around here but I'll assume the family will all end up here this p.m.
