Nothing going on here. Just got home from work a short time ago and guess what I did????? Ready for this?????? I went out in the freezing cold and picked up doggie poop......how exciting is that????!!!!!!!

Nothing else going on now......DBW just got home, so I will talk with ya all later......

Well, On the off chance that some of you will come, I booked the hotel on that Disney Meet for Friday and Saturday nights. It's about a 5 hour drive for us, but it will make a fun long weekend, and we'll be ready for another one by then. Hope some of you CAN make it!

Started working on the cookbook this morning. Haven't been in my pm box yet, but in my email box, i've had recipes from Kathy (!!!!) Pat, Denise, Cheri, Lorna, Lynn, & Jeff and my keyboard is covered with drool. Still have not received the famous pork chop recipe . . . February 1 is Thursday . . . not that I want to put the pressure on.

Another cold one here in NY - although it's gotten up to 12. That didn't stop CrazyBruceE from going skiing though! I'm going to the scrapbook store with the goal of finishing the cruise album! TODAY!

Morning all:

Linda: In my young single days I was a ski-er....Their were a bunch of us that no matter what the weather went skiing every other weekend. And believe me there were a few weekends when it was zero out.....we would just bundle up and ski......we loved it. Havent been on ski's now for a good 20 something years.....I have bad knees, but I would still like to give it a shot.....but alas......DBW does not ski and I just dont see that bunch of people anymore Oh well I guess I will survive!!!!

Well were going to go down to the pitts of he-- (basement) and do more cleaning down there. So be back later.

OK, I wanted to post this during the week but kept forgetting.....I had this really crazy dream the other night about the Magic.....

We boarded the ship....we started pulling out and were going really slow in the canal when the ship started to rock as if we hit some really big waves....I was saying gee I cant believe there are such huge waves in the canal, when I looked out the window I noticed that there were people in the water, swimming and such and the ship was trying to avoid them and kept turning the ship around them, we eventually capsized.....how weird is that.....kinda freaky.... Oh well.....

Howdy everyone,
just took 6 /2 hours to complete a 3 hour safety course.
Boy that man could talk and talk and talk.....
Glad that is done.
Got too hot for me and I actually got sick part way through it and had to sit inthe truck and watch.
Doing better now, but it was still a very tiring, long day!!

Looks like the boards were pretty quiet today, so I guess I didnt miss much around here.

I have given my excuse for not being here, now let's hear some other excuses! Gotta keep us bumped up ya know. We want people to find out thread easily if their coming along with us.

Well it was a another cold day here in NY. DS and I went to the Mall to get afew gifts for parties that we have to go to and Valentine's Day gifts. DH worked today. Got DS a ELMO remote control so he will stop taking the REAL one!!! Tomorrow we are off early to the Disney Ice show. I can't wait!! Well hope everyone has a good night!!

Good Morning Everyone!

Just taking a quick break here as we get ready for church. We are starting out at 42 degrees today and heading down to a low of 19 degrees tonight. Yes, it does get cold in the south occaisionally!

Happy Birthday Shell!

We are right in the early stages of Birthday Season here in our household. Between Lisa, my brother and members of her family, we have about 8 birthdays between the middle of January and the end of March. It seems like every weekend I am at Wal-Mart buying cards and gift bags, and normally a present to go in the bag. This time of year is almost worse than Christmas for us monetarily! MIL's birthday was Thursday night and BIL's birthday is tonight. I think we have a break for a couple of weeks after that!

It can be a real pain to do those kinda things. We dont have basements in Florida, but I have lots of closets that need to be straightened and cleaned.

we are fairly warm, but wet and windy today. The town next to ours is predicted to be a low of 29 on tuesday morning. Time to turn up the furnace!!

Not yet, not yet! I still have 2 weeks ... let's not push it! Bill's best friend's wife has a b-day on 1/12, and mine is 2/12, so we do a mid-way birthday dinner. That's what last night was about!

Kathy: Wow the biggest Wal-Mart I did not they could get any bigger. That is the one store here that I avoid because you can never found a parking space and it is always a zoo inside.

I hear ya! It's like Christmas shopping all year long. I stick with the less-popular Target & Shopko just so I can maneuver my cart through the aisles!! (Plus Target is more conveniently located for me!)

OMG Denise -- I had a similar dream the other night!!! Except we were on the Magic and were in a port with the Wonder. The Wonder tipped over while we all watched. Meanwhile the Magic started tipping, but I woke up before any more damage could be done!

I also dreamt -- on a separate occasion -- that the 2008 cruise was adults only and we couldn't find anyone to babysit Jess so we couldn't go.

We just finished using the BBQ to cook up some steaks and fried taters!!
