This will be our 17th DCL cruise and the 3rd with the nanaheads. I am an original nanahead, which mean I am more apeeling than some of these folk

Hey Folks!

Just finished my work for the night, so I am FINALLY about to head to bed!

First off, Welcome Steph & Family. I am Tiara Bob (don't ask) and will be traveling with my DW Lisa. This is a great group to hang out with and get to know. Some people get a little chatty and a little nutty, but don't judge the rest of us by their actions!

As far as TV shows, there really isn't a lot for me. It is basically Big Bang Theory, Mythbusters and Extreme Home Makeover. Outside of those shows, football and NASCAR are the only things I will set aside time to watch. Any other shows will be if I have the time and nothing else to do. But, I will say that Travel, Discovery, History, HGTV and Food Network are my favorite channels.

I booked this cruise today!! It looks like we are a little too late. You all must know each other quiet well already!!

Are you all one big group? Is the whole cruise just your group? I didn't have time to go read all the posts - it would take me a few years for that..LOL.

WELCOME STEPH AND FAMILY! Although we have been on 3 other Disney cruises this is the first time we are sailing with this 'bunch' I know it's overwhelming because some of them know each other from previous cruises but they are quite nice and welcoming. So just join in.

Hi everyone! It is officially no longer my birthday!

Thanks for all of the birthday greetings - much appreciated!

Best part of my birthday: Having Jeff feel better enough to make dinner; just having Jeff feeling better

Worst part: Having to take Elizabeth to the ER to have her finger x-rayed! She caught it in her closet door over the weekend; was not swollen but she complained that it hurt. My nurse friend looked at it today and said if she was having trouble bending it - should get it x-rayed. And guess what - it is fractured! She was so sad; sad that it was on my birthday; sad that it is near her birthday; worried that she will need a cast.... Poor thing. We have to see orthopedics now to decide how to best proceed (cast or splint). Hoping for a splint.

Will let you know what we find out.

I'm so excited . After trying to have a baby for 14 years I finally found a OBGYN that knew what I was going through and didn't have thousands of dollars for fertility testing and prescribed me a pill for the next 5 days. ITs Clomiphene. I may have more to celebrate then just seeing Mickey in two months.

I would love some pixcy dust for this one. I'm trying not to get excited but I cant help it.

Welcome Steph and family!! I'm Pam and I'll be cruising with DH, (Glen) and DD (Allison 11 years old). This is our 2nd Disney cruise but the 1st with this bunch so we'll be newbie's together! I post sporadically on here (I'm waiting for Kathy's whip anytime now). Not that I don't want to but just sometimes way to busy to keep up with all the posts! Oh, by the way, we might be the only family without the Nana T-shirts (again, waiting on the whip) but that's a long story. Anyway, Welcome! In case I missed it earlier, are you traveling with anyone else or just you?

Nanas please keep that family in Florida in your prayers, Terri just called me and they found the little girls body in the canal this morning. That family is going to need all the pixie dust and prayers we nanas can send them.
Terri was telling me that this family took every precaution to keep her safe, her shoes had indicators in them but a 3 minute mishap changed their world this morning.

Just got caught up on the new thread and I feel so badly for this family! Just so, so sad. Our prayers go out to the family of this innocent little girl
