How do you post an image to the board?

Lisa:

Shell will do a better job than I will of explaining this, but you first need to create an account on a photo sharing site like Photobucket.com or Flickr. They will then provide a url that you can post directly into your posts on the web site.

If Shell doesn't beat me to it, I will see if I can find her instructions on a previous post.
