Theres me, Elmer, My wife Verna, son Buck, son Lester, girl Mable, girl Minnie and son Oren coming with us on our very 1st cruise ever !! Good Morning Nanas!

I hope that everyone had a great holiday weekend. We had a blast in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge this weekend with the other Nanas. Only downside was we came home to thunderstorms and no power yesterday afternoon! :eek:

But, it still could not put a damper on our weekend.

I will try and read more later and catch up! Take care!

Bob....wow...that is tough to come home to no electric..I know after a long vacation all you want to do is come home and unpack...no electric makes it difficult... :scared1:

Good morning everyone ... we had a great weekend as you can tell. However, we were so far up in the moutains (e.g. BFE) that none of us had cell phone reception except for Dawn and Judy, both of whom had Nextel and we were next to a Nextel tower oddly enough.

Duesey had a great time at daycare. His report card (yes, they actually get a report card) indicated that he made new friends with Cosmo, Manny and Winston and they like playing tag. He had no timeouts all weekend, but unfortunately he barely ate the entire time he was there. And my gosh is he TIRED! Dog tired, you might say :lmao:

We're all glad and sad to be home, and my body is adjusting to not having alcohol in it at this time of day! :lmao:

Actually, it wasn't too bad. We scheduled our return trip so that we would be home in time to make it to our church picnic on Sunday afternoon. So, we basically unloaded the vehicle, rested a few minutes, and then I had to head to the church to help with the grilling for the picnic. :thumbsup2

Then, we enjoyed a wonderful time with our church family, and came home to a house with power! :woohoo:
